Terrible

What a terrible platform. If you want to use it to delete your old tweets, think twice. After a lot of hassle and effort, you still have to pay for it at the very last step, even though this was not indicated in advance. Very disappointing, don't recommend!

Just to clarify, tweet deletion actually starts free with a limit on how many tweets you can delete. However, due to changes in Twitter's API and the increased costs associated with it, you'll need a paid Circleboom subscription to delete more tweets and access additional features.

Useless for me

Useless for me. Multiple features not working.
And I can’t use it for the sole purpose I paid for it - which was to mass-delete tweets - because I can’t download my archive due to a problem with X not supporting my phone number so I can’t get the verification code required to get my archive. $40AUD down the drain, unfortunately.

However, you can still mass-delete your most recent 3,200 tweets via Circleboom without needing the archive.

Full of false positive -- not useful

Spent extra to find inactive followers, but results were full of false positives. No info on the dashboard for when they had last tweeted. Had to check manually -- not worth the trouble.

For instance, an account that tweeted yesterday but had no activity for the entire previous year is still classified as inactive. This classification also applies to accounts that tweet only sporadically, despite a few recent tweets.

Our evaluation process includes examining the age of the account (e.g., two years old) and the total number of tweets over that period. This methodology helps us provide a more accurate understanding of an account's activity level.

Be careful! No recommendation at all.

Be careful. I canceled my account after the first test month. Then i have now just seen that they have charged me since then for half a year with more than 30 $ per month (btw way too expensive for the services they offer).

They even contacted me on my social channels then to tell me that i had recently canceled my subscription and if i wanted a special offer. That made me suspicious. So i checked my account (bank account and circleboom). Also this was weird, because i canceled the subscription already half a year ago.

They can check when i had used the service last time. Why would i subscribe to it when i dont use it at this high cost especcially?!

Customer answered and shows zero understanding. I even sent them screenshots how i said i canceled by subscription and the application had even errors for me. They ignored my mails in the beginning of the year even.

I warn everyone to use this tool.

Update:
I contacted circleboom. They denied their failure and sent me back 1 month payment despite me having sent screen shots from. January where their support didn't answer me anymore about my cancelation and an error in the platform.

Tread with caution. The service itself was good, but they're absolutely ruthless when it comes to customer service/annual fees.

I thought I'd cancelled my account and only realised that I hadn't when I received a bank notification saying that around $350 had just left my bank to CircleBoom. Within literal minutes of this transaction going through, I immediately sent CircleBoom an email saying that I hadn't used the service and I thought I'd closed my account, but they wouldn't reimburse me. They have a generic response stating that, as a SaaS business, they don't offer refunds. They don't even send courtesy emails to alert you to the upcoming renewal. All fairly disappointing.

Won't be using them again.

Please note that according to new rules and policies under Twitter V2 API, you can delete 480 tweets, unlike 100 tweets per day. The processing times can be found at https://help.circleboom.com/twitter/faq/processing-times-on-circleboom-twitter. Unfortunately, due to platform API rules, it is not possible to speed up your process.

Once you send us a request to delete all unwanted tweets, you can leave the website without any doubt, and we'll take care of the work on time.

Less functionality than expected

There is less functionality than expected. Coming from Fedica, I was expecting better filtering functionality (e.g., filtering new followers or unfollows by people I follow myself), more info about followers (e.g., history of when they followed/unfollowed me), and an easier way to unfollow or follow them without having to switch to X. I haven't yet tried all of Circleboom's functionality, but I can already now see that I won't prolong my annual subscription unless Circleboom significantly improves its features.

Expensive and Absolutely useless

What a horrible platform. I paid for pro which is the most expensive plan. And now, if I want to know who unfollowed me, I have to pay extra again.

In fake followers, you can't do anything with them. Okay at them to black list, what does that even me. Couldn't you just allow a way to remove them from my followers? Or just as simple as providing a link to their twitter profile?

Circleboom brings absolutely zero value for the money they charge. This was the worst payment of my life.

The majority of the time I found the service to be super usefull to manage my followers and my following.
