The circle boom following tool that's…
The circle boom following tool that's supposed to prevent you from getting penalized for over following does not work. I got put in the dog house while using circle boom exclusively for following and unfollowing.
Most likely the algorithm has changed but circle boom has not updated to accommodate this...
I contacted customer service many days ago and is still have not heard anything back.

Updating experience: just got a reply from circleboom on here (only because it’s public) to ask what they could have done better… a refund, which I asked for repeatedly. I was met with silence every time. Don’t get this app.

Do not advertise a free service that's not free!
Do not advertise a free service and have people go through every step to get to the end and be told "oh, you actually need to subscribe for 30$/mo". Disreputable and a waste of everyone's time. All over google search results, advertising services as "FREE" which are not.

We update our data frequently and continuously, which is at least each time you log in.
However, it may occasionally take some time for larger accounts, which might be the cause of the temporary discrepancies you're encountering. And these can often be resolved by clearing your browser cache, logging out and back in, or using an incognito/private browser.
Regarding the Arabic language, as our app is browser-based, you can easily use browser translation tools to view the interface in Arabic.

circleboom is awful. i signed up for a monthly account to delete tweets, it barely did any of the work and without warning, literally nothing in the fine print, jacked the price to $45 a month for a useless service. emailed back and forth with an absolutely useless corporate shill, not shocking. reported it as fraud.

When you subscribed, you selected a bundle plan that included both the Publish tool and the Twitter tool, offered at a discounted rate for the first three months. Now that the promotional period has ended, the standard pricing has resumed.
We encourage our users to review and adjust their plans according to their needs before the end of any promotional period. Unfortunately, we’re unable to alter charges that have already been applied under the terms agreed upon at purchase.

Maybe I should have read these reviews before CircleBooom stole my $431.88. Many of the reviews listed here reflect my exact issues. The product does not work and advertised and it is very misleading. Karen from support must be working overtime with all these legitimate issues..

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. However, we would like to clarify that after the implementation of the Twitter v2 API, the ability to remove followers in bulk has been removed from our capabilities, and we no longer advertise this feature on our plans and pricing page.
You can still identify unwanted followers using Circleboom Twitter and then visit their Twitter pages to remove them from following you.

Shadowban test is totally fake, people were searching me on X and got zero results, but circleboom claims I am not shadowbanned at all?? WTH??? My email to support about it went unanswered. Judging by how they blew me off on that issue, I’m willing to bet the rest of their service is smoke & mirrors too.

Disappointing Experience!
I had high hopes for Circleboom, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The Smart Search feature, which was a key reason I signed up, simply doesn't work. Instead of delivering results, all I get is an infinite spinner that never seems to end.
To make matters worse, their customer support was unhelpful. It took a long time to get a response, and when they finally did reply, they couldn't resolve the issue. When I requested a refund, they ignored, leaving me stuck with a service that doesn't deliver what it promises.
I cannot recommend Circleboom based on my experience. If you're considering using their services, I suggest looking elsewhere.
