Definitely a scam, their tools are broken. It always shows absolutely random numbers. Sometimes it gets absurd, like when it shows that there are more fake accounts among my subscribers than subscribers themselves.

To address this, we've added a "SYNC" button on your dashboard. If you notice anomalies like this, please click the SYNC button to manually refresh your account data. After syncing, it may take some time for the updated and accurate data to be fetched.

Site steals your money and does nothing.
I signed up for the limited account for around $30 a month and for that amount IT DOES NOTHING. And once you have paid, you cant get a refund. So I just dropped almost $30 for NOTHING? This is a criminal ripoff scam. Oh yeah and there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I specifically wanted to remove anything i had Liked. After submitting my download data, it would take hours for the job to start. And i would constantly get 'twitter has disconnected' errors and have to re-initiate the connection.
And then in the end i found out the twitter API only allows for 3600ish API deletes or something liek that, i had over 9000. So even if the product had have worked, it wouldn't have gotten everything..

This is why our Twitter tool has always been non-refundable—something clearly stated across our platform. The limited plan offers you literally nothing! So you'd be wasting your 27.99$. The pro plan is only available as an annual plan!!! And I'm not sure if it works as intended.
I wanted a plan to delete the bots and see the inactive followers, all of this are not included in the limited plan!!!

My Twitter account was suspended permanently a few days after using Circleboom. I am not sure who's fault this was. In any event I did get to cancel my account.

NO HELP WITH FRADULANT CHARGES AFTER CONTACTING THEM
I contacted them via email because I needed help with some credit card charges that were unauthorized.

"After reviewing your website, I’m struggling to understand how my credit card information ended up with Circleboom. The first charge dates back to 2021, and the most recent one was just last week.
This situation is quite concerning for me, especially since I don’t even have a Twitter account. It’s really distressing to think that my MasterCard (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-2820) may have been charged fraudulently.
