Cons: Bad UX/UI design which makes it hard to navigate to a calendar view of your scheduled posts and isn't nice to look at, many spelling errors on the website which is unprofessional in my opinion, and it's also missing the feed/grid preview which is a huge feature that is needed for content creation. Cancelled my subscription within 5 minutes, Yikes.

Signed up for the most expensive plan…
Signed up for the most expensive plan for a month to give it a try before going in for the year, they had a deal that made it cheaper to to include an add on rather than pay the month without a add on. I decided after using it that it doesn't meet my needs so decided not to renew or opt for the yearly plan and they want to charge me $15 to not renew my monthly subscription. Scummy practice. Adobe levels of scumines, don't use them.

Beware hidden fees
Beware hidden fees, confusing plans and an average platform experience. Be warned that Circleboom have hidden fees designed at extracting as much money from you as possible when you join and when you try to unsubscribe.
I found different pricing models on different pages. One page offered the Pro version at $23.99 if paying annually. Another page showed $34.99 for the exact same terms.
When I tried to unsubscribe, it hit me with a $15 reversal price to proceed with the cancellation.
I hate dishonest companies like this, that don't have the customer at the centre of what they do.

The different prices you saw are not “hidden fees.” We offer bundle discounts when customers choose more than one product together (for example, Twitter Management + X Post Planner). This is why you may have seen a lower annual price on some pages. If you prefer, you can always select a single-product plan at the regular rate the bundle is completely optional.
Regarding cancellation: Circleboom does not charge any extra “reversal” or hidden cancellation fees. What may have caused confusion is that when a bundle discount is accepted, it is valid for one invoice term. If you cancel before the end of that term, the discount is reversed and the regular price is shown. But there are no additional hidden charges it’s simply how bundle pricing works across invoice periods.
We absolutely do not aim to mislead or “extract money.” Our goal is to provide flexible pricing so users can choose what works best , either the discounted bundle or the standard standalone plans.

Overpriced and doesnt do as advertised. I paid 29$ to delete tweets and it only did a small fraction. Went to cancel and they have an addition 11$ fee. Absolute bullshit and will be contacting BBB and lawyers. Just another scam that preys on people thinking advertising means something

Without using the archive deleter, only a 3200 of your tweets can be removed. Yes, you can do this on Circleboom. Please use the “Delete All Tweets” menu. After uploading your Twitter archive, you’ll be able to select tweets older than 1 year and apply many other filters before deleting.

We’d love to make more features free, but since X API is no longer free for developers, we’re limited in what we can provide at no cost. If Twitter’s policy changes, we’ll do our best to increase our free offerings.

Good functionality, misleading descriptions of what’s included
The functionality is pretty good, but it seems overpriced. I thought the AI posting tools were included in the package that I bought, but it’s apparently an upsell, the description is confusing when you sign up. Also, it says “Unlimited accounts with add-on” which I interpreted to mean that I can add-on unlimited accounts, but when I try to add accounts it asks for almost $50 more. The wording is really misleading.

In the past, we offered many free tools, but with the new pricing structure it’s simply not possible to cover these costs without paid plans.

If X changes the API costs in the future, we’d be glad to expand our free offering again.

Utterly garbage-bogus-scam
This is the absolute worst thing I have ever payed for. I followed the instructions and the buggs that occurred on the way was to say the least PLENTY. And when I use it, well 🤔 I requsted the archive from my X account and followed the instructions to remove my tweets and my likes. The result -> on Circleboom it says it is all gone -> on X it is all there. One week later, it is still all there.
I am looking for where I cancel the subscription at the moment. Haven't found it yet.

I upgraded directly from Circleboom’s…
I upgraded directly from Circleboom’s “Unfollowers” page, which displayed the feature as blurred with a clear “Upgrade” button. There was no warning that this required a separate Pro Plan. No disclaimer, no redirect.
After payment, the feature remained locked. I emailed support to ask for a refund.
Instead of resolving the issue, they charged my card again the next day without any authorization or further action on my part.
I’ve now been charged $55.98 USD for something I never accessed. Support stopped replying.
This is deceptive design and unauthorized billing.
Avoid Circleboom.

Overcharged by a LOT. No response from customer service.
I was charged for an entire year ($300) by mistake, instead of $35/month. There's been no response from customer service, and they kept the money.
The service doesn't seem to work? It's been queuing me for several days with no sign that it's going to work. Definitely not worth the money.

Likes can’t be deleted
Likes can’t be deleted, and I don’t even dare to try deleting tweets — the system feels like a trap. That alone is frustrating enough. But the worst part? Support doesn’t respond at all. No help, no answers. For a new user, that’s a harsh welcome.
