Misleading set-up practices
I feel that the way that the purchase was offered was deceptive. I meant to try CircleBoom for a month and decide if I wanted to commit to a longer time period. I found that the service did not provide what I needed but have prepaid for a locked in annual contract that has little relevance with my needs. I consider this to be an ethical shortcoming on CircleBoom's part and certainly will not be recommending this tool to anyone.

Useful and simple website/tool
Useful website/tool to help find old social media posts that have been forgotten about or are no longer able to be seen. Have used the site multiple times to clear out old retweets and likes from my Twitter/X account. Will 100% be using again in the future too.

DECEIVING, DOESNT DO WHAT IT SAYS
I was excited to use Circleboom as I need to delete a big amount of spam followers at once on X. Circleboom advertise on their website that they provide this service; so I bought a pro subscription for 45$ just to discover that this service isn't provided.
This is completely deceiving and unacceptable! When I asked for a refund, this wasn't possible.
Very bad experience and I will never recommend Circleboom to anyone.

However, please note that Twitter explicitly mentions the potential account suspension for engaging in follow/unfollow churns. It associates the bulk unfollow services with the risk of account suspension in strict guidelines. So in order to ensure your account's safety and compliance with Twitter's policies, we recommend handling unfollows individually.
In fact, follower removal is no longer advertised among our features at https://circleboom.com/twitter-management-tool/plans-and-pricing.
Nevertheless, you can still see and list fake/spam followers using Circleboom. Then, all you need to do is click on the "Visit" button for each account and visit their profiles on Twitter to block/remove them.
