CIBT Visa fees are astronomical and customer service is bad. I paid $920 for a simple visitors visa to China – almost as much as my airfare! I will NEVER use this company again and I recommend you stay away from CIBT Visas!

Don't make the mistake of using CIBT visas. Unfortunately, I used them for my visa application and did not use due diligence and make any checks.
My experience was awful and traumatic.
As soon as you have paid, that's it, total silence.
They will ignore your emails repeatedly so you will have no idea whats happening with your visa application as your travel date approaches.
Call them instead? Don't be silly !!! They do not answer the phone. You will get a recorded message advising to email them!! So you send a further email, no reply, call them again, same recoded message, and so it goes on without any care for their customers and ZERO response.
I sent them an email 1 week ago seeking their thoughts and response to my concerns about the awful, poor service I received and held off on my review to allow them a fair chance to respond and comment, again ZERO response.
I never did get my visa issued in time.
They are truly shocking!! Never again!!

I used the passport/visa pick-up service from the Washington office. According to the order form, the service fee is "$79 per shipping address." However, I was charged $85 per person. After calling the office, they adjusted the fee, but it’s still higher than what I originally agreed to based on the order form. This feels deceptive and dishonest. I would not recommend this service—be cautious.

Ismael Gonzalez was wonderful to work with. My supervisor and I needed to meet a critical deadline with obtaining a new CHINA Visa; therefore time was critical to get the documents submitted, etc. If I had a question for Mr. Gonzalez his response time to my email was fast and direct. I recently sold a mulberry Alexa bag and a serrer dress to malteasers1982 on Vinted who ‘claimed’ they didn’t receive two of the highest priced items of a 5 item bundle DO NOT SALE to this buyer!!!!!! Vinted or inpost have not compensated me and have let someone get away with this!!!! Such a shame as we loved to sell my items in here

My experience was very good. They sent a package outlining all the information required. It was easy to follow and they obtained my visa very quickly.
I have no concerns and would recommend them based on this very positive experience.

Absolutely pathetic and terrible service. They only work for the sake of it, they have no genuine concern over the applicants. They are by default my company's visa provider so I had the misfortune of going to multiple VISAs with them and in each they provide a checklist and are so robotic. They purposefully withhold information such as ETAs deadlines and just simply don't care.

Very easy interface, linked from my company's travel site. Quick service in the advertised 2x business days. Applied for an optional ETA for South Korea, with a nominal $10 consular fee; however, was a little surprised to see a full 6x that $60 fee for processing. For complicated VISA countries, maybe that's acceptable, but would expect there to be a better price ladder for simple services.

The process is very thorough and easy to follow. Communication with my Visa Consultant was excellent.
My Visa was received on time without any issues.
Definitely would recommend CIBT.

Everything was wrong starting with the visa application. Screwed up one of the application. Had to call many times to change one thing.

CIBT was thoroughly explained the requirements I needed for a Visa and was extremely responsive to my follow up questions.

Lisa's direct support with my China and India Business Visa's was superb. She provided very clear and direct answers and direction to complete what is a complex process - strong customer experience focus!

The time it took to get my visa to KSA was faster than I expected with no issues. I have used this service three times, and they have not failed to deliver in all those instances. They would tell you if the document supplied is accurate or not just to make sure everything goes smoothly with the application.

They quoted a price and ended up charging my bank account for way more money and claimed to be 'extra fees'.
They then proceeded to put in the wrong information in the visa application and I told them 3 weeks consecutively that the information is wrong but they did nothing! I did NOT get any visa through them and they still refused to refund my money when they know they submitted the wrong information. I ended up applying by myself and i got the visa instantly. SHAME ON THEM! DO NOT USE THEM.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with CIBT Visas. I applied for a Vietnam visa well ahead of my flight on March 21st 2025, but despite submitting all required documents, I still haven't received my visa. This caused major stress as my plans had to change, and I was forced to change my flights at high costs. On top of that, they were completely unsuccessful in processing my visa, leaving me with no assistance.

The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from CIBT has been appalling. I've reached out multiple times with no resolution, and it feels like they don’t care about urgent cases. To make matters worse, they did not refund me any money despite their failure to deliver the service. I would not recommend using their services—it's been a complete waste of time and money.

CIBT insisted I needed a visa for Cote D’Ivoire as a 1-day cruise passenger (despite my reservations being registered). Travellers via the airport do. As suspected, I didn’t need one. They still maintain their information was correct as they’ve had nothing official to confirm otherwise. It’s a pity these so-called visa experts don’t have the full, accurate information. A total waste of around £90 but they’re laughing!

I had great experience with CIBT. My Brazil visa process time should be 4 weeks but I received approval in 2 weeks. Matt Adams is so professional and thoughtful. Truly recommend CIBT with Matt👍👍
