Outstanding support with a new passport (pages are no longer added to existing passports) and a Chinese visa. This was completed with expedited services due to prior travel commitments. The CIBT Team was in nearly daily contact in support of submitting documentation, updates on the status and saw everything through the process. Great experience as typical, this was even better.

VisasDirect were excellent and helped me secure my Indonesian visa.

Couple of things to consider before you apply:
1. Have all of the documents you need to upload available before you start your application
2. The phone numbers advertised including phone +61 3 9673 1500 doesn’t take you to a real life person and just redirects you back to the website and email addresses. There is no answering machine for callbacks

The representative I had from CIBT was very friendly and knowledgeable. She walked me through the process and gave great advice and tips. She kept me updated throughout the process. Her responses to me were always in a timely manner. Thank you, Gina for all your assistance. You did a great job!

You are always worried when you have to send off your passport anywhere. Great communication after the initial online request. Quick service via fedex. Was refunded for un-used but requested services. Will use CIBT again for all our visa services.

I have used CBIT services to renew a passport and get a visa. The service was easy to use, helpful and quick. A little expensive but I would definitely use again.

From my experience, a very good company to deal with. Delivered as promised. A bit on the pricey side, in my opinion, but delivers the service. Will use again, if needs be. Thank you.

I was very impressed by every aspect of the service at CIBT - I used them recently to obtain a visa to China for a work colleague. It was quite a lengthy process to complete the form and upload the documents required but the team were a huge assistance with this and responded promptly to queries or to review comments and advise where I needed to upload more information. The visit to the visa application centre could have not been easier - all the paperwork had been prepared by Visa Central, in and out of the centre within 10 minutes - passport returned on time 3 days later. I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

My visa request was made more complicated by the fact that I am visually impaired, over 80 and under time pressure to honor an invitation to speak at a conference in China. Veronica my CIBT representative was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Well worth premium services.

From beginning to end process was easy and seamless. Cost may seem high, but is comparable to the market. Recommend highly.

The process was easy to follow once I was on the correct site for getting a visa from Australia which CIBT, helped by giving me the link.

Unreliable, not trustworthy.
Submitted with overnight on 14th of February with a latest return date on February 24th as express service.
Package could not be delivered on Monday 17th due to office closure of CIBT. Package was accepted on 18th in the morning at 9:20am, yet the receipt of the package was confirmed on 21st of Feb. So essentially it was sitting there for a week. On 24th it was finally given to the embassy. As I had to leave on 25th on a longer trip, I left w/o my 2nd passport and the needed visa for China.
The package was obviously received back late, on March 3rd. Which incurred substantial international shipping cost to get my passport with the visa fast enough to one of my stops to China. Any status update inquiries on my end via emailwere not responded to. Only my ea was told when calling that she could not get any update due to data privacy concerns.
Overall a prime example of indifference and incompetence. Stay away.

Order: US2641807 and it will not arrive in time for my trip, this service is not worth the money or the nightmare. you may never get your visa. I have been trying to get a visa since February 19, 2025, and it is now March 8 and still no progress. I am asked to fill out online forms, but the website is broken for weeks so they send out a pdf file to fill out by hand, not even and editable pdf, what a low class operation. then the pint you to other forms online that they reject and tell you it needs to be different, BUT the form is theirs they ask you to fill out, what a SCAM that ask you to pay HUNDREDS or dollars for, but it could all be a plow to get you to buy their “so called” premium service, and maybe that is the key, you cant get good service unless you buy the over $800 premium service. they don't check their site but once a day, so if you upload a file expecting them to respond, you have to wait at least a day for a response., you honestly would be better off dealign directly with the country consulate direct.

Do NOT use CIBT. No matter what they tell you, run fast and run far. This company is a fraudulent company in their opaque pricing. I recently used them for renewal of my passport using the $99 tier shown on their website. A few weeks later after the renewal, $584 was taken from my account. I reached out to them believing it was a simple mistake on their part, and they replied with a "new pricing" breakdown of how it got to $584. No where on their website does it have the "new" pricing. They claimed they sent me an email of the true cost prior to renewal of the passport, an email I never received.
Do not do business with this bait-and-switch company.

They do not explain the charges well enough up front. You get charged what looks like a reasonable amount when you put in your order, but then you get charged a lot on the backend for fees that are not clear to the customer. For a 3 week visa they charge you $109 which does not include the government fees of $190 when you initially place your order. They are deceptive and I would never use them again.

The agent who handled my request was very responsive and proactive which made the experience, my first with them, very positive. I would feel confident going through their service again because of Mary. She stepped in to speak with her manager and résolves one misunderstanding concerning payment.

As a first time visa applicant and elderly pensioner, I approached the task with some trepidation and rather a long time before my travel dates.
CIBT were exceptionally helpful when it was discovered that my Indonesian visa application was way too early. They also moved my Australia application on extremely quickly so that on its receipt a day later, I was absolutely delighted and relieved to hold my printed visa in my hand. For me, the cost is worth every penny.

For passport renewal within 3 week timeframe, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I unfortunately used it in a rush for upcoming work travel. The fees are exorbitant (over $500, despite the original fee stated- READ ALL THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY!!!). My husband ordered from the government website at the same time, and received it one week earlier than I did!!, for minimal fees!!. An expensive lesson hopefully others can benefit from.

Easy and efficient process - well worth the money

My experience in obtaining my passport renewal quickly could not have gone more smoothly. Once my travel plans firmed up, I realized I needed a fast turnaround, which meant I needed to sign up for the premium service level despite the substantial cost. I placed an order online late one day, spoke the next morning with the very knowledgeable and helpful CIBT team leader handling my case, then shipped off my documents and old passport the same day. My new passport was shipped to me today and is due to arrive next Monday, exactly a week after I placed the online order for expedited service. Great service, thanks to the CIBT team and leader!
