Very disappointed with their service. I applied for Business Visa which per the Consulate should be responded within 36 days and few more days in some cases. But even after waiting for 90 days they did not provide any response. All CIBT could do was telling me they do not have any response over the mail. No proper service for the 22k that is charged extra excepting acting as an intermediary between consulate and user. They were so irresponsible that they did not even tell me about a web portal where we can request for an update from the Consulate. Such was their service.

Their Privileged Services are an utter waste too. They just provide Chai Samosa in a AC room and their ends the Privilege Services. There are better chances to get a visa even if you go alone by yourself just paying 12k instead of a hefty 35k and getting rejected.

Great turnraound. Team is helpful and jumps on the case immediately. Sorted me out under 24 hours though it was my mistake in application submission.

I received excellent service with CIBT visas from my initial telephone call to them and then processing my visa for India in 2 days. Whoever I spoke to was very polite, helpful and professional.
I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Mei made certain that my experience was positive! I had several questions while completing my China visa. Her responses were quick and helpful! She made applying for a visa simple and less stressful.

The turn-around time was good ( after one resubmission of my passport and photo). However, I found the cost too expensive in comparison to downloading the app on my phone and completing it myself. ( It would have been USD$19 x2 on UK-ETA app as opposed to this amount in addition to CIBT service charge of approx USD$35 x2 fee for myself and my wife). The fees were also charged up front with a strange name of " Visa-Connection"?

They advertise securing a visa for approximately 22 or $23. What they did not tell me is there is an additional $30 service fee plus tax and when I called to complain about it, they insisted there was a $69 cancellation fee on top of it and I would be better just to get their visa and pay up the nose rather than try to cancel it. I agreed to that ridiculous extortion level of business so as not to cost me more. Imagine my surprise when they still charged me a $69 cancel fee, plus the visa fee, plus a service fee, plus tax ($123.17) and they never provided the visa!!!

Company replied to emails quite quickly but it took 2 or 3 goes for my passport photo to be accepted. They didn't inform me what the problem was. Also think it was quite expensive for an E-visitor visa which according to Autralian customs is supposed to be free!?

It was done reasonably quickly. There were some minor issues with submitting photos but once we got them right, the turnover was quite fast compared to other countries

I have never had so much trouble trying to get a Visa before this experience. CIBT kept accepting then rejecting my photo without providing enough information to understand what was wrong with any of the photos I uploaded. The final photo that was accepted looked like a mug shot of someone I have never met. If the goal was to enable facial recognition, that should have been made clear at the start.

My journey with CIBT started out good, they were responsive via calls and emails with clear communication of what to expect and related timelines, however, once I got assigned a visa consultant, it was all downhill. Her communication was poor; perhaps there was a language barrier. Whenever I would complain about the level of communication, she would double down and perform even worse. Some of the information they provided was inaccurate as well. In the end, they were useful for reviewing the quality of the documents, like cover letter, invitation letter, etc, but I honestly would not recommend them.

A bit bumpy to start with… joined with them easily, but, when using the app it kept freezing up, and I got nowhere….
It asked me to sign in again so I did, and I found I then started two accounts & two costs too…
HOWEVER, I mailed their info people and it was solved in no time at all…
I simultaneously went back to the application screen and website was a joy to use!
Both easy & quick too…
I’ve given 5 stars because two of the three sections were excellent…

Exorbitantly expensive for the service delivered.

Prompt service , however being neurodivergent the site was really difficult to navigate and took a long time to complete .
My suggestion would be to look at the wording ,layout , type facing and think about changing the background colour to off white / cream

I was very pleased with the straightforward structure and communication from CIBT to secure my China visa in a quick manner. A good messaging system to let me know where I needed to update or validate key pieces of information to allow my visa application to continue smoothly.

I have been working with CIBT for over 15 years and they continue to impress. Primarily it is due to their customer service, attention to detail and their care. People like Adrienne Smith and Ed Mabasa are amazing. Highly recommend CIBT.

Shoba helped me a lot through the process, and I highly recommend the Premium Service.

Needed to get visas for a trip and CIBT was suggested by Saga/Titan travel. Some of the required answers for the countries visa were ambiguous but the CIBT help line staff were very good at helping me through it. Yes you pay for their service but the visa application is guaranteed to be approved.

As a first time user I found this well described as to what was required.
The website was easy to navigate.
To newbies like me, please be aware of the site fee that is not included in the costing until the payment is actually applied. It is not much, but enough to throw out moneys if being transfer to an account that the payment is to come out from.
From payment to notification of acceptance is roughly 24hrs
