Really prompt, courteous, and competent support for my U.S. passport processing.

The website for uploading pictures is faulty, there is no individual responsible to shepherd your visa, the agent is in a different time zone and communications are therefore delayed at least a day, the passport was not returned until the day before departure and it took multiple phone complaints to get action for that to even happen, when the bill came it had extra charges for services not ordered. This was a horrible experience and I hope there are other companies out there for my next adventure.

My experience with CIBT has been excellent. Gina Villegas was outstanding and provided me with timely and accurate assistance throughout the passport renewal process. Highly recommend their premium service.

Had to get a India Visa for work at short notice, website was user friendly and better than the Indian Government Website, only recommendation would be for regular updates on the progress, arrived the day before travel, would have been better for my nerves with regular updates, but overall good service, would use them again.

Our company requires we use this service. My colleague, using their work e-mail, was quoted three times the price she should have been. Only because I had processed for another colleague could I point out this price was wrong. Strange to me that such an 'error' should occur. There were many communication issues - perhaps a language barrier with the the agent I was appointed. When I asked questions they were answered in a very convoluted and unclear way. Despite a number being given to call the agent, the system didn't recognise the extension number provided. Despite asking for a call within certain hours i was called outside these hours. Altogether it would have been much more efficient and cost effective to apply for the visa directly.

Recently I had the need to acquire 3 particularly challenging African visas with a tight timeline. A timeline that would only accelerate after providing my documents to Ghofran at CIBT in New York.

Firstly, the process of sending my passport anywhere is nerve-racking. In this case, I sent two passports to CIBT for the overlapping visa processes for Mali, Algeria, and Ghana. This was all happening with UN General Assembly was ongoing in September 2025 - one of the busiest periods for all consulates and embassies in the United States.

From the minute my documents were received and my direct engagement with CIBT and Ghofran began, every option, every point of flexibility or cost variation, every risk, was communicated clearly, in a timely fashion, and with a smile. I felt like I was part of a team, and CIBT really wanted me to get things right to minimize expense and risk. There was never an upsell at any point in time.

I am in the process of visiting every country on earth, now at 156 of 193 UN countries. Soon, thanks to CIBT and Ghofran in particular, I am that much closer to visiting some amazing places in my conquest. There is no question who I want to work with going forward.

I have worked with other providers, as well as direct to embassy applications over the years, and never have I had such a smooth process and strong value for money.

This is a service. It costs money, yes, but getting things wrong can have a lasting impact on your ability to ever visit a country if you don't do it right. Don't take the chance, go with the best.

And please see to it that Ghofran is on your executive track - one of the finest in this business. 5 stars all day, all night long!

My personal advisor was Arian Rahimi who I found to be very knowledgeable and efficient. His instructions and necessary forms needed were spot on. The team was very helpful in answering all the questions I had and addressing any concerns. Further, once all the documents were submitted, Arian and team worked very efficiently in expediting the approval through the consulate in a timely manner.

Start with their phone system - too many times entering the 1 key did nothing. After the redial, you have to wait a LONG time for an attendant. And then it is answered, you are forwarded to "the next agent available" and after thirty seconds, the line goes dead.
The instructions on the China visa should to made more clearly. The check list also needs clarity.
The email telling us we had errors that had to be corrected the NOT tell us HOW fo fix the problem. Getting an email at 3:30 telling us to fix things is a guarante that the correction will not get to Fed Ex by 4 o'clock, so there is an extra day in the process.
They have a $43 fee for making a copy of your passport. I saw that and chose NOT to do that. I sent them an email telling them that. When the bill included that fee, the clerk say they add that fee to EVERY bill. If you notice it and don't want it, yopu can call them and ask for a refund.
This four-day process took us three weeks.
Some of the attendants were fine, and the manager was very helpful when I told her of the quality of the service, but I will never use CIBT again.
Looking at the number of negative reviews, I feel that others agree with that feeling.

Was the fifth China Business Visa I was processing in two weeks. Immediate response when I put the order in. As this one was rush, the process was slightly different but the agent explained everything step by step. Was flexible when we changed shipping to in-person pickup. Very satisfied with the service.

CIBT kept in touch, during a last minute visa application. I had no idea how long the approval would take when I applied. They got it done in time.
I use CIBT Visas for all our clients complicated travel, when multiple visas a required, whether for cruises, or land itineraries. Nice to have all information in one place.

This company is thoroughly professional in its approach. I inadvertently applied for the wrong type of visa and refunded me immediately.Their customer service was amazing . They hold your hand the whole way and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used CIBT Visas as they were recommended by Princess cruises to get a Vietnam EVisa for upcoming cruise stop. The application process itself was quite easy however the price was not easy to understand & was in the end quite expensive. I also had to chase the application approval myself to see if it had come through, they did not let me know until I emailed them & responded

I received clear instructions on the visa application process and the documents I needed to provide. I have been guided through the process and received regular updates with clear next steps.

I've used CIBT visa for close to 13 years with large time gaps between uses. But in this last year I've used them for two visas. I cannot say enough about Christine. She did an exceptional job walking us through the process and dealing with endless emails from 3 or 4 of us. Honestly worth every penny and as I have done previously I will use CIBT again! Highly recommended!

Expensive for the service provided. I did all the work yet had to give CiBT over £100!!! When an upload failed to work CIBT did not define the problem. They asked me for some completely different documentation which was or wasn’t required. I don’t know! In the end I was asked to upload all documentation to a CIBT email. I feel that this company was getting paid significantly for doing very little. They need to be much more exact in defining the documentation required to be successful in securing a visa. Trite response given to my review which does nothing to address my comments.

Be careful and read the fine print!!!

When I first come across the website and through the whole process of the Visa application, the specified fees were stated as the 50 USD visa fees plus CIBT service fee. Totalling 114.40 AUD.
Only when I received the visa document via email, did I find out that the 114.40 AUD was ONLY the CIBT service fee, and the 50 USD for the Nepalese visa is yet to be paid at the airport prior to entering Nepal.
I find this to be deceiving.
The service fees are more than twice the actual visa application fees.
Fooled me. What can I say.........

Your turn around time, especially with enquiries as we faced challenges. The ongoing follow up with relevant consulate after failure to receive a visa, not once but twice, was excellent.

Smooth process from end to end. Timely response on every query raised and Schengen visa received within a week.

Very fast and timely service, with accurate assessment and advice. They know what they are doing! I was in a time crunch and had a somewhat complicated situation. Even then, I got my visa very smoothly. Very friendly and comforting service as well.

If only I could give less than 1 star!

2 weeks and £80 to secure a travel visa for Canada. A colleague of mine travelling at the same time as me decided to go direct to the Canadian visa page - £4 and 60 minutes later his visa was in his hands.
