Overall I have had a very positive experience with Visa Central. The only frustrations I experienced was uploading my photos and accessing my documents once approved. I appreciated that they included a phone number for assistance and once i made the call I was put through to a customer service rep that was most helpful and I had the documents delivered within 20 minutes.

They took my money asked for a lot of sensitive information and in the end I did not get the visa.

The company communication and professionalism is great. Quick turnaround. and easy to upload all the information. Aida Cisse was very good at responding to any issues or questions which was gret.

Used CIBT after a recommendation, following a hairy start to applying for Australian and NZ visa's Our Visa request was easy to submit, the form is easy complete, the only frustration was uploading the photos for NZ, which we had to do 3 times ( the system crops the phots but also rejects them too after cropping! ..but it was sorted) The Visa's were approved in just a couple of days. We had a little stress as our NZ visa came after the Australian and they look very different and don't include your name ( or the photo which we were expecting) having chatted with an agent they reassured us that the visa do look very different ...it would maybe be good to show the format of the different type of visa on their website to avoid any stress ( you want to be sure its right when you are travelling to the other side of the world!) . I would certainly recommend CIBT, its easy and speedy . We have both Visas completed within 5 days :-)

CIBT offers 5 Star service from first contact to final collection/issuance of the Visa/return of your passport. From my first point of contact with Anthony D'Marco the entire process was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Constant follow-up/status was provided by Anthony. The entire process would have taken around 2 weeks but was delayed by me due to travel and political uncertainty. My application was for travel to China on a US Passport for business. I started the process on October 6 and was notified that my Visa was issued and my Passport ready for pickup from the Beverly Hills office on November 6. Note -I choose the Premium service as my Travel dates were 11/30 thru 12/6/25.

Sonum Sehmi was the consultant advising me and was on hand for any queries I had.
The application was easy to upload to the CIBT website and the in-person visit to the China visa processing centre in London was smooth and quick.

Thank goodness for CIBT. I found out about their service after a frustrating week dealing with a different Visa company. With that other company, I had been unable to even submit my Visa request, and there had been a lack of effective help from that organization. I then contacted CIBT and their form was a breeze to complete. My Visa was approved in just a few days. This relieved a tremendous amount of frustration after dealing with a different company. I recommend CIBT because of the ease of my submitting the needed information and the speed of their approval process.

Edit: my issue hasn’t been resolved after 3 weeks. I haven’t even been refunded my 50%! This is unacceptable!
I purchased an Executive Service order (A1656080) for a Schengen business visa to Italy for £570 on 20 October 2025. A few days later, I received an invoice for £624.72, which included an unexplained extra £54.72. When I asked their representatives (Katarina and Igor) about the discrepancy, I was casually told not to worry — that it was “automatically generated.”

My Finance Team later confirmed that £570 had been charged, with £54.72 still outstanding, and asked me to clarify why the invoice didn’t match the order. What followed was over a week of back-and-forth emails with their visa consultants, none of whom could give me a straight answer about the fee structure or what I was actually paying for.

To make matters worse, I only found out today that if they fail to secure an appointment within 30 days, they would still charge me 50% of the total amount — despite providing absolutely no service whatsoever. This was never disclosed upfront, and I find it outrageous that a company would justify keeping hundreds of pounds without delivering a thing.

I’ve now demanded a full refund. I genuinely hope they handle this decently, but so far the experience has been a masterclass in confusion, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers’ time and trust.

If you value honesty and professionalism, stay far away from this company. Unless you don’t care about being overcharged for promises that never materialise, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Completing all the information required was easy on cibt website not like the government of India website. Easy to pay, a bit expensive but then it was for a year's Indian visa not a month which we could not choose with cibt and worth getting rid of the stress to complete visa application and receiving it. It was£112 more per visa application but worth it if cancelling the holiday is the other choic3

I enquired about applying for a visa. The initial contact provided their invoice. Then I was contacted by two different people. Important Information given to me was different which made the process confusing and stressful. There was never any communication by phone for clarification as this was not available in spite of me asking to be contacted. This necessitated numerous emails which took considerable time. In the end my application was submitted and I received my visa promptly.

Clarity of communication and expectations was very well done. Easy to upload documents and share information. Processing times were very fast with overnight shipments of my passport each way. I appreciated the personal service and ability to get questions answered quickly.

I used CIBT for my China, Vietnam, and Cambodia Visas. Irina Kostianeva was extremely helpful. She was patient and answered any question and kept me updated on the ETA of my other e-visas. Irina made a very stressful process far less stressful with her great communication and her desire to help the customer. I would recommend CIBT to all my friends and family--especially if Irina is their contact person! She really did go above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated.

I have just received my visa for Australia. I was recommended CIBTVISAS by my cruise company. I am disappointed as I now realise an evisitor visa for Australia is free and I have just paid £52 for 2 visas 😡
