Your representative came earlier than the appt time and left two new extinguishers . I do not know what else he did as he had left when I returned at the time agreed for his visit. He seems to have taken away two older extinguishers, for which I was not consulted .

Phoned regarding a fault message on the system which could only be repaired by a technician.
The technician called at our door within 30 minutes! Problem solved in a further 15 minutes.
Now that's what I call service.

Very efficient and human engineer!
The engineer called me back less than 5 minutes after I reported I could not activate the alarm of the building where I work, which was a massive relief. And the instructions he gave me were very clear and easy to understand and follow. I also very much appreciated he stayed on the line with me until I left the building and make sure there was no noise. Thank you again!

The young engineer who came this time was very efficient and answered my technical questions in a manner which I could understand. He was extremely helpful and patient, carrying out all the testing quickly and thoroughly and I felt quite confident that his visit meant the house security was in good hands.

Just awful
My interactions with Chubb have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. Moved house, alarm going off all the time, and the only way to switch it off or control it waking us up at all hours was to pay for a very expensive annual maintenance contract. Then they told us that maintenance wasn't even working and they'd need to visit to get us switched on. Now they've invoiced me again for £500 for that visit having already paid £400 for the annual contract. It is like being held ransom - if I could rip the thing off my wall and not deal with this company I absolutely would.
