The installing engineers were good but…
The installing engineers were good but the admin side has been appalling: lack of response, wrong answers, wrong quotes sent to me, delays so I had to chase several times for an answer. And even on the day of the day of the installation, the engineer did not have the right quote/order or the right number of fobs.
