Due to BT's inefficiency, I needed to have a Chubb Digital phone connecting box installed urgently; I phoned Andy, who services my Chubb System and he immediately got in touch and called in to install it on his route to another job. It was installed quickly and efficiently and was assured that I could get back in touch if there was any problem.

The engineer had been to us before so knew his way around. Was very pleasant and after our greetings got on quietly with the testing.

Neil S the CHUBB Technician made contact ahead of time to confirm arrival time. He was very professional and courteous, as he serviced the Alarm System. He explained that the battery was getting old. So we decided to have a new battery fitted. He fitted the new battery. Our gratitude to Neil for his excellent work.

Helpful new young gentleman who was polite and efficient.

Called to fix visit from your engineer. Your very helpful customer service assistant told us that our usual engineer was not available, however far ahead we booked. He arranged an alternative engineer who did not work on Friday, our favourite choice. We wanted a pm visit, but this replacement engineer only works in the morning. Whilst I am giving full marks to your customer services assistant, I am disappointed that the alternative engineer does not work on Fridays, or in the afternoon. This is a restrictive form of customer service.

The engineer phoned to let me know he was on his way and the expected time of his arrival He arrived on time was polite and did the job proficiently. I was very pleased with his professional expertise.

It was an excellent interaction. The engineer sent was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He's been for several years and is a great Ambassador for the company.
