Graham, your engineer, was very knowledgeable, polite and exceptionally tidy as a craftsman. He found a couple of faults on the system and corrected them. As a skilled worker myself I know what to look for and Graham is a credit to you.

I had my biannual service visit and yet again was
very satisfied with the engineer who came to do the service, very prompt, notified me when he was on the way . He went round the house efficiently and I was informed about the state of the battery etc.

Not good
Something seems to have changed in the last year with CHUBB. We have so many issues across 3 sites and cannot contact anyone willing to take responsibility and get things sorted. Communication between departments appears non-existent and I have to spend so much of my time chasing.
