Sticking console. …
I have had a contract with you since 2000 and the service has always been exemplary. Mark’s emergency visit yesterday was both timely and achieved the technical competence that I desired. His cleaning of the internal contacts of the touch pad have resolved the issue and I am now able to readily set and unset the system, something I recently had trouble doing.
My great full thanks to Mark and the rest of the team for the very prompt and effective response.
Thank you.
Roger Grey.

Didn't like that the Chubb technician…
Didn't like that the Chubb technician failed to attend at the agreed time and date on two occasions, wasting several hours of my time as well as milage to and from the church to meet him.
The third attempt with a different technician worked perfectly.
