Meeting our rep in person was awesome.

Reverse Mortgage with Angela Lattuca Efstathiou
I contacted Home Equity Bank in June 2025 to look into a reverse mortgage and find out how it works. I was contacted by Angela Lattuca Efstathiou, Mortgage Specialist. She was very pleasant and informative. She took the time perhaps an hour or more to answer my numerous questions. At no time did she ever apply pressure or rush the conversation. I told her I need to think about it but if I decide I'll be in touch.
Fast forward to Feb. 2026, I contacted Angela on Feb. 17 to proceed and we wrapped it all up Feb. 27.
I highly recommend Angela for any needs you may have. She is a joy to work with. Absolutely no pressure. I'm actually going to miss our talks!!

Abigail was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and had great advise for us in every step of the way. She truly was looking after our best interest and to make sure we get the best outcome for our situation. She was very patient, prompt, and she got back to each and every email we sent her. We felt extremely comfortable working with her, and although we had a very tight schedule because of your travelling plans, Abigail did everything she could to have everyone work hard (including our lawyer's office :) to get everything on time for our mortgage

I have just completed the Home Equity Bank Reverse Mortgage process, which I originally thought was going to be another one of those negotiations that seem to go on forever. I was wrong. The communications I had with your mortgage representative (Mike Wells) were as clear and concise as a person could ask. He walked me through all the questions I had and made sure I understood exactly what the next steps were. Through his patience and understanding of my positioning (as to why I was thinking of going in this direction), he took a lot of the stress I was having away I cannot thank him enough.
