We were contacted by Agnes Letkemen just an hour after our first preliminary on-line enquiry and she was terrific answering our initial questions. We decided to pursue the matter further as my wife was skeptical about the concept and process. Agnes put to rest all our concerns and was thorough in explaining the process each step along the way. From beginning to end ( just over 30 days) she held our hand if needed to reassure us this CHIP plan would work for us. Five stars for her assistance! Putting our home equity to work without having to sell is an amazing concept! We wholeheartedly recommend Agnes and CHIP!

The people i delt with were amazing human beings that understood our problems. I'm talking about Parth and Hugh Anderson; You ever have a time in life? Where 2 gentlemen, the change things in life? These 2 men have. We were in a bad place, dark situation, but these 2 men put on a Bright light ahead of us. I would recommend these 2 men for any home equity health, reverse or chip mortgage. These guys are a man.I had a question.They got back to me, not 2 or 3 days later but that's same day, even if it's evening after supper, they still went out of their way to make sure our situation was resolved. We are truly proud today and humble to have met these two men, great job guys, great job.

We had the pleasure of working with Christian throughout this experience, We were a little anxious about doing this process but Christian was very patient and accommodated our schedule and spent the time to answer all our questions. Niel Palit was my guide through the entire process, which was fairly long and complicated (no fault of his ). He kept me on track and remained calm even when I got frustrated.
My advice is to have documentation for every single thing related to your finances before you begin. They will want it.

From start to finish Aaron was there to help and advice making the process a pleasant and rewarding experience. Agnes was there as well helping us find a lawyer also giving good advice. So thank you Aaron and Agnes you helped make life easier.

So it started off in March and through no fault of her involvement, rather several sick lawyers at the law firm I was using that delayed things along the way. It all came to a very satisfying and completed process on April 16th!
