Pricing and customer service were…
Pricing and customer service were great. The structure of them getting tickets from airlines added some delay in getting tickets.(hours versus instantaneous), but when that process resulted in issues, their customer service person (Luna) was easy to work with and get the matter resolved. Will definitely use this site again.

Very Positive Experience Booking Flights
We booked flights to Tokyo with Cheapticketsdeal after seeing a very attractive price on a flight comparison site. I was very impressed by the level and speed of service provided by the team in keeping me up to date on the progress of my booking, especially Léa with whom I spoke a couple of times during the process. The only improvement I would suggest to the team is that the payment form on the website be updated to accept UK postcodes. Beyond that, I was very pleased with the service I received and would certainly consider using Cheapticketsdeal for booking future travel.

Fake prices which increase soon after…
Fake prices which increase soon after booking. I booked a return flight from London to Mexico City. Approximately 10 mins after booking, I received a call from Cheapticketsdeal saying that the price had gone up. I've dealt with a similar company in the past and it was a complete scam - hook customers with cheap prices which don't exist in reality and then contact the customer to say the price has gone up. Both unethical and presumably in contravention of relevant legislation/regulations. Avoid at all cost - I cancelled immediately and won't book with them again.
