Great value and service
Great value especially without being forced to pay for seats, which piles up with connecting flights. The follow up call may come as a surprise as a first-time user, but the agent was clear, polite and efficient. My agent was Hazel and she also get a 5 star!

Great company with excellent customer service and communication. Alan was extra helpful in contacting my airline when my flight got cancelled and rebooked me quickly and efficiently.
