Very Positive Experience Booking Flights
We booked flights to Tokyo with Cheapticketsdeal after seeing a very attractive price on a flight comparison site. I was very impressed by the level and speed of service provided by the team in keeping me up to date on the progress of my booking, especially Léa with whom I spoke a couple of times during the process. The only improvement I would suggest to the team is that the payment form on the website be updated to accept UK postcodes. Beyond that, I was very pleased with the service I received and would certainly consider using Cheapticketsdeal for booking future travel.

Fake prices which increase soon after…
Fake prices which increase soon after booking. I booked a return flight from London to Mexico City. Approximately 10 mins after booking, I received a call from Cheapticketsdeal saying that the price had gone up. I've dealt with a similar company in the past and it was a complete scam - hook customers with cheap prices which don't exist in reality and then contact the customer to say the price has gone up. Both unethical and presumably in contravention of relevant legislation/regulations. Avoid at all cost - I cancelled immediately and won't book with them again.

Skeptical to Confident
At first, I was skeptical and after voicing my concerns Alma listened and did everything to ease my tension. She was very re-assuring and gave me directions on exactly what to expect and how to follow up with the booking. Everything went the way she described which made this such an easy process. Thank You! As for Alan, he called me the next day to confirm my booking and sent over all my E-tickets well before the 12 to 24 hours wait period window. They also answered every phone call I made with any questions. I now have all the confidence in this business and would definitely recommend them for any travel needs. This is not a fake review. I purchased 2 tickets from Oakland to New Orleans from MUCH cheaper than the listed price was on the airline's website. Honestly, I was worried about it being a scam, but my e-tickets are issued, I called the airline to confirm that the purchase went through and I'm ready to fly. I was not pressured or asked anything more than what I was originally quoted/ charged. I spoke to Lea, who was helpful and professional and stayed on the line with me until the tickets were issued.
