Purchased tickets as normal, 3 days before the flight they call me and say my seats have been taken by the airlines... and that I have to travel to a different airport which is 300 miles from me if I don't want to lose this flight. Otherwise it's a full refund! No consideration about all the commitment I have made.
PS. All of their reviews that are 5 star are FAKE... have a read and you will see they are all the same just worded differently. CLEAR SCAMMERS

Our team explored alternatives, including a different airport, and where available, offered fares up to 50% below the prevailing airline price. A full refund was also provided as an option.
