Amazing deal and customer service

Jenny and Alma Garcia messed up my reservation! Adam, thank you for fixing it!
I came on here to modify my review of this company to express both my frustration and my gratitude. I booked a return ticket from toronto (hamilton) airport to Vancouver for my son, for August 20th and returning on August 25th. Paid a fairly high price too! Within an hour of booking the ticket, I found another ticket, through expedia that redirected me to Cheapticketsdeal.ca, but this one was from Toronto Pearson but the dates were August 20th-August 26th. I immediately called their customer service and asked them to change my booking. An agent called Jenny, confirmed that my tickets have been changed at no extra cost. I even recieved a ‘booking confirmed’ email from them, confirming that my booking was confirmed and I will receive the e-ticket within a few hours. I never received that, so I called back the next day, and this time another agent under the name Alma Garcia, confirmed that my booking was confirmed for August 20-August 26, YYZ to YVR. Still no e-ticket. After 24hrs, I called again, this time another agent named Emma, told me that both my reservation are now canceled and that they are willing to give me a refund. Mind you this was 24hrs before the flight. I lost my mind! Out of frustration, I yelled and almost cried. Emma, I must say was extremely patient, and somehow managed to restore my original booking(August 21-August25) but couldn’t get me the booking that I had originally changed to. Thank God my son was atleast able to fly but we had to drive 1.5 hours to Hamilton!
Now, grateful, for Adam! Despite all the fiasco I decided to give it a shot to see if they could change the return flight to August 26th from August 25th. Adam was extremely helpful, he not only purchased a new ticket at no extra cost, but called me personally to ensure that I got the new ticket. Adam, thank you!

Bought ticket at 1/5 of the price!
After AirCanada went on strike and cancelled our flights, the cost to fly back home was three times more expensive, except on cheapticketsdeal. I was worried I would not get the discounted fare as it takes a few hours to confirm the purchase. But I got my ticket at the promised price and by then, tickets at the airline were already five times more expensive.
Then I got a email asking me to call them, they answered right away and it was only to confirm my identity as it was different from the name on the tickets.
