Another visit to Amrik and out we come with a beautiful Yamaha electric guitar and electronic tuner. It’s just so nice to be left to try equipment out at your leisure - he and his assistant just pick a selection of what you're interested in and he leaves you to it - no pressure. Plus he really knows his stuff. Don't forget the keyboards are upstairs guys. See you soon again Amrik. Mark.

Bought an ancient Roland em- 101 module from time gone by and what an amazing example of how to look after your equipment. The sounds are typical analogue sounding and whilst the sounds are black and white in that they are what they are - they are different to be effective even today. Get one if you can, it is a very underrated product which will only increase in value. Service, delivery and attention to detail was exceptional from Chase and I would use them again without fail.

A really fab place which has everything you could possibly need from a music shop! From entering the shop the customer service was perfect, greeted with a friendly smile from a lovely gentlemen who couldn't do enough to help me with my query. Highly recommend this independent music shop in the Northern Quarter, Manchester.

Brilliant shop with excellent equipment, pretty much anything you need,and an easy going atmosphere. You can test the equipment and get a much better feel and understanding for what you buy! I would recommend to anyone.

I have recently purchased online a Kawai CN39 piano from Chase Direct and was pleasantly surprised by their prompt reply to my enquiry in writing and then by being able to talk on the phone with someone to confirm the delivery date which was 4 business days from the date of placing the order. The price was also great as the piano was recently discontinued but they still had it in stock. All in all, a very good experience.

Loads of beautiful instruments! There was a lovely welcoming gentleman who made us feel at home and let us have a play on the guitars and recommended some books to help learn a new instrument.

I went looking for one piano/saxophone book for my boyfriends birthday and came out with three! I loved the shop and felt very taken care of, being talked through different options and there was a nice variety of books for all different levels and instruments. My boyfriend loved the books!

I honestly don’t know how to express the amount of joy when I entered the shop. The staff was super friendly and the service was exceptional! I’m tremendously happy to visit this place and this definitely won’t be my last visit!
