Our delivery driver, Paul, was prompt, friendly & efficient.
He put our delivery where we wanted & explained the lovely family story of Charles & Ivy. We were very impressed with Paul’s attitude, despite the long & busy day he’d experienced.

The order got lost. The delivery was late and the fencing was wrong. Frankly it is a litany of disaster … what is worse, They never pick the phone up. They never answer emails … once this order is corrected - Should it ever be corrected -
I really couldn’t recommend this company on any level.

The delivery driver came from Manchester without my screen and another customers screen . He did apologise to my self . I asked him who fills the orders on the van and he said it is someone else’s job . Just a suggestion but it would make sense to me if drivers were given the time to double check that they have everything before leaving with the order .

Communication with customer service wasn't the easiest process as I had no response to any of my emails regarding delivery changes, managed to speak over the phone but call waiting times can be over 30mins or instant depending on the time of day. However once delivery was sorted everything ran smoothly and my delivery driver Paul was incredibly helpful with getting my order up to my flat which wasn't easy especially after a 4/5 hour journey to get to me. Thank you Paul, I am also very happy with my panels they look great and are great quality 😊

Georgia at Middleton was very helpful organising my delivery, and Mike Ball the delivery man was also very helpful in unloading all the materials.

Great service from order to delivery. This is not the first time we have ordered from Charles and Ivy. Paul the delivery driver arrived within the scheduled time slot and we had a chat! He asked if I wanted the trellis boards carried anywhere else, but they were OK where they were. Would recommend to others.

Helpful and pleasant

I placed an order with them in April and am still waiting for it to arrive after multiple delays and poor communication throughout. They are not replying to emails or picking up the customer service line. Totally unacceptable service.

My delivery driver Anthony was so helpful. He rang me the day of delivery as i was concerned i would not be home. He reassured me he would find a neighbour and not leave the parcel outside. Thankyou Anthony, great customer service.

I went into the showroom to order and the girl who helped me was brilliant!

The delivery was really good too, I was kept informed the whole time and Hames the driver was great.

This review is solely for the delivery driver Anthony. He was very professional and called ahead to let me know he was en route. Turned up on time and had everything done before I even knew he was there.

The concrete post to Fence insert worked a treat and was delivered on time and in a friendly manor
