Très belle expérience chez Laura et son époux, qui m'ont accueilli avec une grande gentillesse ! Laura est passionnée par son sujet, et communique son savoir sur la cuisine italienne de façon pratique et très plaisante. Les recettes proposées se complètent bien, et le repas qui a suivi a permis de poursuivre ce bel échange. Je recommande absolument cette expérience à quiconque souhaite mieux connaître la cuisine et la culture italiennes, pendant un séjour à Bologne.

We had an incredible experience with this cooking class. Prior to the date, she messaged us asking if we had any requests, and she seemed pretty willing to accommodate any restrictions or preferences. On the day of the cooking class, we were free to engage hands-on in the cooking as much as we preferred. Alternatively, she had snacks and drinks out that we could indulge in while she did the cooking if that is what we preferred. She was also able to answer any questions we had and proactively gave a ton of information. While the main dish was in the oven, she then brought out a beautiful and unique charcuterie board with a choice of wine, and we were able to dine in private. She then brought out the main dish once it was ready, timed very nicely with us finishing the charcuterie, and we were able to enjoy that. While we were enjoying the main dish, she prepared a delicious dessert and offered numerous dessert liqueurs. The only caveat worth mentioning is that the site advertised the host as being in the center of Aosta, which is untrue. The class is at her house just outside of town, and there is no public transportation available to get there and it is a very long walk. If you do not have a car, plan on taking a 15-minute cab, and just be sure to budget some time for pickup and dropoff given there are very few cabs in Aosta.

Overall, I would highly recommend this experience.

Wonderful time with my family learning from Laura, and learning a bit about Umbrian cuisine

Giovanella was AMAZING! She made the experience so good. We learned so much, got to enjoy great company and have delicious food. She also personalized our experience and made us feel so welcome while also helping us make sure we made the most of our holiday in the region.

My boyfriend and I had a pasta making and tiramisu class and had the most wonderful experience. Jenni and her husband were so warm and welcoming and will definitely be sharing the experience with all our family and friends!

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Lisa. She was so welcoming and so helpful—this class was one of the highlights of our trip. We love cooking with people and then enjoy good wine and conversation while we eat. Lisa’s home was inviting and her skills were shared with patience and assistance. You won’t regret scheduling a class!

I had a class with Rosa and it was by far the best part of my trip. I am from America and speak barely any Italian but Rosa was so welcoming and made me feel at home. The food we prepared was amazing and it was nice eating together afterwards. I highly recommend taking a class to anyone popping by for a visit!

It was a lovely evening. The two hosts had a wonderful rapport. They provided an insight into Sicilian cuisine, with lots of additional information about many of the region's dishes.

My experience was a surprise from my husband for my birthday. We went November of 2024. It was amazing. I am upset that I took so long to do this review but I had lost the information and just found it. My husband and I were visiting from the United States and it was great. Simona and Carolina (mother and daughter) are a perfect pair. The house is beautiful and they were so professional and genuine. The food was delicious and we learned a lot. We also were blessed to meet the husband of the chef as well. A beautiful and welcoming family. We left full and very content. We wish them nothing but the best.

We had three Cesarine experiences during our recent trip to Italy -- in Trento, Milano and Torino -- and each one was so special. Unlike eating at a restaurant, you not only get to know the local culinary specialties, you get to know the Italians who make them.

What an amazing experience!

We met with Chef Francesca and she taught us how to make Gnocchi and Zabaione! She is a treasure to meet and Cesarine is lucky to have her represent their brand. The food was delicious and the company was so sweet.

She was kind, hospitable, and increadibly patient throughout the process. She even rescheduled because our flights were delayed. Amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience, you want something authentic to remember Italy by, this is is!

The 3 hours with Graziella was amazing time we share with her at her beautiful house, with an amazing view to Spello town. We gained hands-on experience in traditional Italian cuisine, including preparation of 3 fresh pasta, sauces, and tiramisu. She generated an unique experience for me and my family, something we will treasure for ever.

Abbiamo iniziato con un tour e degustazione dalla cantina famosa di Ferrari Trento -- molto interessante e le due bollicine che abbiamo assaggiato erano molti buoni. Poi siamo andati alla casa della nostra Cesarina Costanza e suo marito Paolo per un pranzo splendido. Costanza ha condiviso la sua ricetta per Sformato di Verdure con me -- non vedo l'ora di provarla a casa mia. Questa Cesarina esperienza è stata bellissima! Grazie di nuovo Costanza e Paolo!

My mother and I were visiting Bagheria, Sicily and I surprised her with a private dinner with Rosalia. She could not have been a nicer host. When we arrived to her beautiful home there was already food prepared for us with a nice bottle of wine. She explained every dish to us as she brought it out and all of the food was perfection. It was only the two of us but she made enough food for 10 people! She made us feel right at home and it was nice to practice some Sicilian I had learned. We had an awful experience with a taxi driver that brought us there and she insisted on helping us get back to our hotel.Not to mention that she is a professional chef so you are getting first class experience all around. I highly reccomend a dinner with Rosalia, you will have an amazing authentic meal and great company. I will definitely book again next time I am in town!
