The morning making pasta and tiramisu was the highlight of our trip for my grandson. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, including lunch with our lovely hosts. We came home equipped to make fresh pasta which I have already managed with great success! The only drawback was that Cesarine had given us the wrong address but we were able to send a message and our hostess came out to find us.

Our fantastic chef Michela was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us. Her home was welcoming, kitchen ready to teach and demonstrate three recipes, and ended with a full lunch from our day's effort, not forgetting the wonderful local wines. It couldn't have been a better experience and learn about the Italian cuisine. What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon.

Patrizia was an excellent teacher and so patient-even when we came late! Food was delicious and we learned so much about local culture. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our cooking class with Enrico in Milan. Great food and a wonderful evening. Communication was also excellent. We did have a question before the class while travelling and were able to receive help quickly.

Everything was super well organized, we expected a private house but it turned out to be a centuries' old place where our wonderful hosts Laura and Luca run their restaurant now. Really lovely hands-on experience. My teenage son adored making different kinds of pasta from scratch from capelletti to the chitarra, I enjoyed myself too. Laura told as a lot about culinary traditions and history of Perugia, thanks to her we even visited the amazing astrological garden of the Abazzia San Pietro. Grazie tante! Highly recommended, we felt ourselves truly at home.

Really enjoyed the experience. They took us to the market, to some old churches, and we spent the evening cooking pizza and gnocchi. Couldn't recommend it enough!
