Our two bedroom flat has been managed by Central Housing for the last 17 years on a guaranteed rent scheme. We find they are friendly and professional and always available by phone or email. They do regular inspections and the flat has always been kept in good condition. The rent is always paid on time and their management fees are very reasonable. We would highly recommend central housing group to anyone looking for a good managing agent.

Central housing are a class act. The team are very personable, extremely professional and can't do enough to help you. I have numerous properties under their management and have had them for well over ten years. I love the fact that they take care of everything, it makes being a landlord a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

What can I say, Romesh and Central Housing Group have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. During the trying times of the pandemic, Romesh has kindly acted on our behalf in meeting Council staff for handover of the flat, then organised all the necessary works and safety certificates. It truly has been an armchair experience, previously this has been very stressful. We will certainly be using Central Housing Group again for managing our property.

a friend has been deciding what to do with a house he was left, and i have been helping. romesh of central housing group came to the property and explained the rental options to the local council which were not suitable, but he was happy to spend an hour advising and informing about the market, even though no advantage to him. cant recommend him enough, wish id met him when making decisions on a property i was left few years back

I and my son we were out of woman refuge and move to temporary accommodation in Enfield at 4th of August 2017. And I meet with Central Housing Group which was pleasure to meet with all the staffs. They are respectful, making empathy, quick to sorted out any problems, friendly even some time they were like family or like best friend to me. While I was staying in Enfield working with Central Housing Group I knew they were amazing. But since 2nd of February I understood BETTER.
My new home is under the Finefair Agency unfortunately!! And obviously I can compare and see the huge difference between the Finefair Agency and the Central Housing Group.

My wife and I have used this company for the last 23 years. They have demonstrated excellent professionalism. As landlords of more then seven properties this company is by far the easiest to deal with. Landlords always experience problems with maintenance or rent collection, however, you will not have any issues with Central Housing Group

At a fixed rent.
They have always paid on time each month,
And if there have been anything I need to contact them about, someone is always there to answer the phone and deal with my questions. Central Housing Group has provided me an excellent service for many years.

I have been using Central Housing Group for over 3 years now. Myself I am a professional landlord with a small portfolio of rental properties. However without a shadow of doubt when my tenants leave I will be transfer my properties to Central Housing Group. Why????

The team are extremely professional and are always available to take my call and deal with any items of concern.

Recently I went through a re-mortgage and needed to arrange for the Surveyor to pop round. I rang Central Housing Group and they said they will work with tenants and mortgage company and i should not be troubled.

I have used the full management service, therefore I don't get the calls from tenants (which always seem to happen on a Saturday night when I am out with family). They also visit the property on a regular basis just to make sure everything is ok and there are no issues.

I am so impressed with their service that i am in the process of buying additional places just so I can rent it via them.

I was recommended to this organisation by someone I trust. I contracted with Central Housing Group and till now I have had no problems. All issues are dealth with immediately without accuring extra costs. I get full information and statements on time. All is done by email and confirmed by letters. I am extremely happy with this organisation. I have had so many problems in the past with those so called Estate Agents and for the last few years I have not been troubled at all and my stress levels have gone down.
