After explaining my issue it was fully resolved with a promised follow-up in 12 months time.

Central housing have taken care of everything for us, and by letting us spread the cost has made the whole process painless and affordable.

I am writing to let you how satisfied I am with the Central Housing Group for the speed in which Deniz and the team, got all the kitchen, furniture, decorating, and carpets quotes together. They were more than competitive and made it quite easy for me to agree to.
The contractors came into my two bedroom property and fully stripped it from top to bottom and completed the refurbishment to a fantastic standard within one week, the before and after pictures taken fully supported all this which meant I did not have to visit, they looked that good and safe to say, the inspection was passed.
So once again I would like to thank all at CHG for delivering such a brilliant service and for their consistency in all matters over the years. I know I can confidently recommend them and their team to anyone who may be thinking of renting out their property, and from that confidence I have always been happy to renew my contract once the renewals comes around.

We have rented our house through CHG as a landlord.

Our relationship as a landlord /tenant started from Dec 2019, however we were in contact with the company 4 months before Dec 2019 during which we carried out various jobs/activities to bring the house up to mandatory standards. Central Housing Group have been managing my property for well over a decade now. During that time I have found all staff to be friendly, open, honest and always there to listen. My rent has always been paid on time and has never been late. They have been very patience with me as at times I can be difficult to get hold of. Recently I had some concerns and they were all ironed out to my satisfaction and was even called over the weekend to keep me posted.
