Jo and her team are the most nicest and accommodating people I have ever met and dealt with. If I ever had a problem it was dealt with straight away and they are just genuinely lovely people. Thankyou so much!!

As we have been using Central Housing for our house rented and managed by them for quite a long time we have no problems as Romesh and all the team are professional people and honest and polite in answering all queries and quick in responding and resolving problems .

Central Housing Group are a fantastic company. I’ve been with them for about 15 years and have never had a problem. They deal with issues immediately, at an appropriate standard for my flat and at a sensible price. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

After my initial meeting with Romesh i based my relationship on trust, true to his word,professionalism,comitment and comunication, he took hands on the project to help with refurbing the property and having all the necessary works and safety standards to be carried out accordingly. The property is now been let with a quick turn around from start to finish.

I would highly recommend CHG for any landlord who wish to have there property managed profesionally.

Honestly, everything Romesh said was true. Wish I had listened to him and followed his advice 100% instead of thinking I knew better. This fella knows everything about renting to the council. He told me not to put Lino down and to tile the kitchen, guess what? Two years later after the Lino was perished we ended up tiling it. He told me a lot of stuff and absolutely everything he said came true, and it's only with hindsight that I can say this. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough. If you want a problem free rental go with Romesh.

From the start all the staff at central housing group have been exteremley helpful, in particular Romesh whom I cannot thank enough. After having a terrible experience with a tennant and an estate agent, Romesh with his knowledge, experience and helpful attitude arranged for all the repair works and got my property ready for new tennants. He removed all the stress out of a situation where I did not know where to start from. Without a doubt and hesitation I recommend central housing as a property managment company.
