Originally we were with a local estate agent, but they were not very good.
We have been with Central Housing Group for three years and are now entering our fourth year. They are efficient and friendly, prompt with payment and also inform us when services are due, and arrange everything that is needed to be done.

I would highly recommend Central Housing to manage a property, I have dealt with them for many years now! A very professional, helpful hassle free service. I would happily recommend to anyone with a property to rent. Rent is paid into your account every month without fail. They regularly check on the properties, any necessary repairs are carried out at a very reasonable rate, or you can use your own workman. Don't go anywhere else!!!!

High street letting agents who provide a full management service for landlords, typically charge a fee anywhere in the region of 8–15% plus VAT of the annual rental income, However, with our Guaranteed Rent Scheme, we provide a full letting & management service for a fee of just 2 weeks’ rent plus VAT. This equates to just 3.85% (excluding VAT) of the annual rental income to a landlord.
We also do not charge any fees at all for arranging contractor works in your property when required.
As you say, the service that we provide is ‘superb’.
Our Guaranteed Rent letting scheme also offers landlords many other free benefits e.g. ‘guaranteed’ rent each month, no risk of rent arrears, no risk of legal eviction costs, rent paid when your property is vacant and protection against tenant damage.
We very much hope that you continue to enjoy the benefits of letting your property to us for many more years.

Sensitive, dedicated and professional
This is by far the best managing agent I've come across. The team are efficient and friendly. All repair issues are dealt with quickly and any queries answered promptly. They were very understanding when my mum and I took in a cat. And when my mum passed away, CHG were incredibly kind and took care of me as only family would. I'd especially like to commend Jo, Lincoln, Laura and Alex. In the four years with them, there was not a single moment when we didn't feel taken care of and appreciated as tenants (which makes all the difference between a rented flat and a home).
