From our 20 years experience with the Central Housing Team we have found that they are always there to listen and help tenants and the landlord. When repairs or services are needed the team are ready to make arrangements by first contacting us (the landlord) then arranging contractors to attend property to quote for work then carry out the works.
Rent is always paid on time giving us piece of mind.

As happy today as I was when i initially gave 2 of my properties to Central Housing which was about 12 years ago . Direct contact when I need them . Very reasonable charges when I use their tradespeople . Have recommended them to friends who also have Rental properties who are also very very happy .

I would highly recommend central housing to anyone thinking of renting a property out, I’ve never had an issue with them and have used them for well over ten years! They have a fantastic team. They work to a high standard and any problems that arise they are there to help you out in anyway they can. I Can’t thank them enough!

I have been with Central housing group for over 20 yrs and have found them to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful.I do not have to worry about keeping track on gas certificates, electric etc as Central housing send a reminder when they are due and can either deal with it or I can use my own gas man. They alert me to any problems but most importantly I am always paid on time. I have many yrs ago tried other agency's and had nothing but problems. I now have three flats with Central housing and everything ticks along nicely. I have no complaints.
