Central Housing Group have been exceptional over the years of service they have provided me. They are fast efficient and effective and take the stress away right from the start.

I have had a property managed by Central Housing Group for eight years. I would highly recommend them,If you’re thinking of renting out a property.

If there are any problems they deal with it. Katherine, who is my contact at the company does an excellent job. If I have a problem, she deals with it and keeps me updated all the time. This takes a lot of worry off myself. If anything needs to be done at my property she arranges a plumber or electrician etc to go to the property, at a reasonable rate, If I have a problem, it is normally sorted out within a couple days.
So if you have a property to rent, and don’t want any worry, then contact Central Housing group.

Central Housing has been managing our two bed flat for 19 years. We are very happy with their managing service. We inspected the flat after meeting Denise there as the tenants had moved out.
It was in lovely condition after been refurbished by Central Housing. Denise was friendly and professional the same as every else we had dealings with.

As interest rates have gone up exponentially in the last year, I asked the Central Housing Group to increase my rent accordingly. This was completed to my entire satisfaction and within a few days. Our properties have been with the CHG for some years now and during that time they have proven to be very organised and current in all aspects of legislation. I can rest assured that while away, they can deal with all urgent matters/problems related to the property hassle free. Rent is always paid on its due date without fail every month. Seeing their logo on vehicles within the borough and their longevity in the field, brings great confidence and reassurance.
