Stress free letting!!
Having rented my property through Central Housing for more than a decade, I can truly say this has been the least stressful company to work with in terms of renting a property out.
For a fee equivalent to two weeks rent, I have a fully managed property.
Staff like Joanna are totally on top of things that need sorting out, be it a gas certificate or a smoke alarm to be updated etc.
Romesh is great at advising how to get a property up to scratch for renting out and providing the best possible rent. Whilst the rents are a little lower than private renting, by the time you account for any empty periods, agent commissions etc you are not far off and the stress is a lot lot less in comparison.
Central Housing are doing a grand job and they take on responsibility for any damage or breakages caused by their tenants.
With contracts for one year to three, five or possibly longer, you can decide how long you wan tot be with them for, but chances are, once you sign up, you will stay long term.
