I have looked into the case & can see the engineer tested the unit & confirmed this is working to specification.
The noise is due to the ducting oscillating with the plastered wall, our engineer suggested a foam backing noise reducer to help with this.

cda oven experience
We have had our cda oven only 9 months and it broke. Which was very disappointing. However the repair service was brilliant only had to wait a week and the worker was very quick. He was also very informative

Shocking service
Shocking service, took a week and a half to come out and look to say it’s knackered and we need a new fridge freezer , but you are 2 months out of the 2yr warranty! So no plan in place and paid engineer £170 for the privilege ! Bad communication throughout and just want it sorted as have no fridge !
