3rd time element has gone in 2.5 years…
3rd time element has gone in 2.5 years just don’t think this is acceptable. So disappointed a brand new building a brand new cooker 🤷♀️. Was without an oven again for over 5 days. Staff at end of phone pleasant as was engineer. But not at all happy with CDA product. Think I should be offered a new cooker if the element goes again clearly a fault.

Great service
It was all good except didn’t understand why I had to find proof of purchase (it was part of a fitted kitchen installation by an external contractor) when I had already registered the appliances after instillation. Apart from this everything was 5 star.

I am sorry that we asked you for your proof of purchase we do request this if the manufacturing date of your appliance sits outside of the warranty date.
DON’T buy from them - Guarantee rubbish!
Pad them £139 labour fee up front parts free. Engineer came couldn’t fix it he left & now they won’t replace or fix dishwasher. Supposedly parts free for 5 years in guarantee. Accused me of breaking the leg on dishwasher! How or why I never pulled it out. The engineer did! Should have been told if they couldn’t fix it after 2 years 3 months after I bought it! I only used it once a week! Terrible service. They conned me out of £139 if I’d know I would have waited to save and buy new dishwasher. Rubbish product rubbish service. Spoke to Msnager will give me £70 refund thanks for nothing,

Couldn’t fault the lady in customer service (Steph), she was polite and kept me informed. The engineer was also very polite and prompt. Unfortunately the initial time line for the part was ridiculous, but this changed to a more reasonable time scale so all good.

Poor Service Respnse
It has taken 8 Months and numerous emails (2 week minimum response time) to get the parts I want. When they did get stock their system would not let me order because it wasn't priced which took a further 3 emails to address but they didn't let me know that this had been fixed. Poor service in my opinion

Looking at the history of this, i have to agree that sourcing the part on this occasion has gone on far too long. This is very unusual, i can see that part had not been set up correctly on our end & this should of been resolved much faster.

This was a rare 'fantasy customer care' experience: CDA arranged with me via email for a engineer to visit, advised me the previous day whether it would be morning or afternoon, the engineer then arrived and fixed the appliance (an oven). Extremely satisfied, so much so no-one had to bribe me to write this good review!

Engineer was a great representative for CDA
At first I was disappointed, as the appointment I was offered was over a week away, and I was unable to use a brand new hob, however when I rang back and expressed this I was given a next day appointment.
The engineer was brilliant, on time, polite and helpful.
He found the hob to be faulty but managed to isolate one half, so the other half could be used whilst I wait for a replacement.
