My daughter loved the ring we gave her as a 21st birthday present. It was perfect. Thank you

Very professional business. Excellent service and communication from ordering to delivery. I ordered two pairs of earrings and a ring, All the items were gorgeous, of a very high quality and as shown on the website. The jewellery also arrived in lovely gift boxes. I will definitely use Cavendish French again.

Lovely product and good service

Really helpful and friendly service. Highly recommend this shop.

Delivery through Royal Mail took longer than expected but this was not Cavendish French fault as they dispatched on time, followed up with them and they were very good

Item was beautiful that I received 😍

The company wasa very helpful in assisting with an insurance claim for a stolen bracelet. They gave me details to pass to the insurers and certified the proce and style of the piece. We replaced the braceley through Cavendish French

Super lovely store and the staff are always so welcoming and helpful, I’ve been a customer for a number of years so have lots of lovely purchases

Very pretty ring for the money looks way more expensive than what it is.
It’s very nice quality and a birthday present for a family member.
Great service e and quick delivery

Great choices and we were very happy with our purchase.

Earrings are of good quality. Very quick service and packed well for delivery.

Super easy to order with speedy, personal service. All this along with gorgeous quality pieces. 5* to Cavendish French, thank you :-)

Your company was as expected, easy ordering, well packed package, good communication regarding order, shame that Royal Mail don’t match up!

I order the Silver Cubic Ring, having previously bought some other rings from this brand. It's a lovely ring, very unusual which was what I'd been looking for. I ordered the wrong size, so I took it to the shop to exchange it. Lovely staff sorted it for me. Oh and I couldn't help myself.... I bought another ring while I was there! I'm sure I'll buy others in the future. Good price, good quality and nice to find something different!

Wonderful local shop that we are so fortunate to have in our village. Excellent value and range. Friendly, professional, caring and personal customer service. Helen is brilliant and helped us today and we found exactly what we needed. Highly recommended! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Website easy to navigate and very fast delivery..I absolutely love the little dainty ring that I chose..

Excellent service. Good quality products. Lovely presentation. Would highly recommend this company.

I went to the shop in Bookham, the ladies could not be more helpful, they were not pushy at all. My son and I were buying g a ring for my mum/ grannies, they even let us try on several rings before we chose.
The ladies told us what we had to do as in emailing and ordering , we adored and got the ring within 2 working days. Will definitely but from there again.

It is the first time I have purchased anything from this company. The quality of the jewellery is beautiful and looks far more expensive than it is!. I had a query with my purchase and Lizzie bent over backwards to rectify the situation and gave exemplary customer service. A big thank you to her. It is a pity more companies don't take a leaf out of their books and treat customers with decency and respect.
