Casita is the worst platform for booking accommodations. Don’t be fooled by their smooth talk — they’re the biggest liars out there. They have absolutely no knowledge about the properties they offer but will confidently assure you that every requirement you have is met, just to close the deal.

When you finally arrive, you're often faced with something entirely different from what was promised. And if you raise a complaint, the response is downright shocking — they’ll claim that most accommodations are overbooked and dismiss your concerns by saying you're still better off than students who have nowhere to stay.

So, who was responsible for preventing this chaos? Certainly not them. They simply don’t care. They’re insensitive and deceitful, only focused on making money. Once you’re stuck at the property, they’ll wash their hands of the matter, leaving you to deal with the consequences. You’ll be forced to accept whatever conditions you're given, with no hope of change—complaining gets you nowhere.

The harsh truth? They haven't even seen the properties they're selling, not even through videos. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment—don’t book with them.

I had a great experience using Casita, though I've faced a little issues while checking in to the accommodation Casita has stood behind as a strong support and made sure we are safe. They even booked a hotel for us to stay until it's all sorted.. I don't know how to thank them enough mainly shubh. Thank you veryyyyy muchhhhh guysss. Means everything to me and my roommate.

Got to know about Casita by IDP and was it was truly worthy and i was assigned Gunjan as my guide who worked as a lamp in the dark to me and helped to find the most suitable place to live as well as went through all my queries patiently and resolved them and was always at a call away.
