I had a great experience with them, the people here are wonderful. Especially Mr. Sahil Sachdeva this man made my accomodation booking wayy too easy, trust me he will go beyond his ways to help you in every way possible... a really helpful and kind person. From my experience, he prepared an EXCEL SHEET! Just for my easy convenience with all the minute details specified which every person moving abroad looks for while searching for a place to stay. He helped me and connected with me even on his holiday just to match my busy schedule and if I need help with something… such a nice and helpful man he is, thanks a lot sahil and whole team you guys are doing a great job.

Background:
For the 1st time we are traveling to UK and for that we got connected with Casita. As this was our 1st ever travel to UK , its obvious that we are unaware and unfamiliar about the law and practice of the UK. Hence, we understood the things and believed what was communicated to us by Casita. And as letting agent, the casita coordinated all the process for renting a property.

Here are the points where Casita is wrongly discussing instead of accepting their fault and correcting them:
1) The booking was made outside of our recommended process and direct negotiations were initiated with the landlord:
I have already mentioned that the booking was led by Casita from starting to signing the agreement. Hence, how the booking was made outside of their recommendation. Further, Prior signing the agreement, I have asked with the Casita’s Personnel that can we bring our children to this property whenever we wish to do that and the Casita officer has confirmed that we can do that whenever we wish to do. And after shifting here in the property we asked Casita to do the required thing with landlord about adding our children to this property. But they just replied/reconfirmed that we can add our children via email but the landlord dines to add our children to this Flat as this is forbidden by UK rule(if this rule is true, it is first time I came to know from the landlord only, Casita has never told me about this rule but they had said that I can add my children to this flat). So, Reader, please decide who is wrong here.

2) Extra Key Fob: We were never told by casita that in UK there is only one fob(key) is provided .as nothing was told to us, we assumed that as in our home country there will be extra spare key. And due to this only one key, we face many issues to work. Because as working in different shift, due to one fob only, its very difficult to work freely for both of us.

3) Delays in rent payments have led to concerns from the landlord: we have paid the service charge to casita from home country, and paid the one-month security deposit from the home country. And as per the agreement, we were to pay 2-month advance rent before moving in to this flat. But we were never told, how the 2-month advance rent to be paid. And as a result, we brought the money in our international card, thinking that we will pay the advance rent through card just prior moving in. But while checking in, the landlord refuses to accept the advance rent through card, landlord staff responded that he will accept the amount only through bank transfer directly to their bank account and again we suffered here, as the Casita has never told us the requirement of payment mode and medium. And after lots of suffering we were able to pay the advance rent in 2 day as per the consent of landlord staff. So, can Casita explain how and why is there 2 days delay in payment.

After lots of harassment and issues being faced, I contacted casita several time though emails and sending them email reminder repeatedly but sadly, I couldn’t get their response to solve the issues. And again, casita is hitting the bush rather than accepting the mistake and initiating for the correction.Casita has intentionally hided the useful information and has done the incomplete and unclear communication with us prior agreement which were identified after facing the issues.
My only wish is to get the commitment fulfilled by Casita so that I can give them positive review and could refer them to my friends.
Casita knows my email and hope they will contact me to solve the issue rather than for discussing and blaming only.
Now, its up-to readers to judge and decide whether to choose Casita or not.

Casita lies and hides the fact to rent a property. They will contact you round the clock before you fall under them and once you are trapped they will never respond you.
