Do not trust this company. We were lied to by one of their staff members, based in their Cairo office: They told us that they had rooms exclusively allocated to them. We booked a room for our daughter, giving various personal details including her course, date of birth and passport details, and were told that we would be contacted for payment details. However noone contacted us. We then chased them up, and were told that the room we had booked was not available. We've lost valuable time and still have no accommodation for our daughter, who starts uni in just 3 weeks time. This has caused and is still causing incredible stress. Don't trust this company, they are just a middleman and they don't seem to have access to any accommodation not available elsewhere.

I am really disappointed with Casita’s service. Before payment, their team seemed very polite and eager to help, but after the payment was made, the experience completely changed. The responses became rude and unprofessional. In particular, my interaction with Diksha Bhan was extremely unpleasant – she was dismissive, and unnecessarily rude.

I trusted Casita with my accommodation process, but after this experience, I cannot recommend them to students who expect respectful and professional support. Once they get the money, the attitude changes drastically.

I was looking for accommodation and i found this company and they contacted with me in the same minutes and they answered every question i asked and my agent who was Alan , He also helped me a lot and he was with me step by step.

The people helping me with the process were very kind and it was an easy process.

I have had some issues with booking bc of the time difference however casita WhatsApp team has responded and help me multiple times I really appreciate it. I would also like to especially thank nuria she was super polite friendly and has going above and beyond to help me.

Stop scamming Gyanu and resolve the issue. This is not professional of you to do false commitment and ignoring.

My experience with this accommodation was a mixed one. I want to specifically commend Aditi, who was the person who contacted me. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Her communication was excellent, and I had no problems whatsoever with her directly.
However, the administrative and payment process was unfortunately problematic. I encountered difficulties with making the payment correctly. Furthermore, the acknowledgment for the payment was received very late, and I am still yet to receive the official agreement for my stay. These delays and lack of proper documentation caused a considerable amount of inconvenience and concern.
While Aditi's service was outstanding, the issues with the payment system and the delay in receiving crucial documents significantly detracted from the overall experience. I hope these operational aspects can be improved for future guests, as the personal customer service was otherwise very good.

I recently got an opportunity in UK and was looking for housing accommodations , and at some point it can be really hectic . But with Casita’s help the whole process seemed so smooth and manageable and also they provided the options according to my priorities . There is still some time before I finally move in , so hope all goes good and I know whenever I’ll have any doubt Casita will be there .

I had a wonderful experience with Casita from starting process,when I registered for the first time ,especially Ishita Mam did fantastic job in searching apartment at budget segment, which is very difficult to get in USA,Boston but because of ishita mam efforts, I got my accommodation sorted at budget segment really thankful to Casita it is really trustworthy platform 😊😊👍👍
