I was served by Sanidhya whilst I wanted to buy a student accommodation. We made it perfectly clear that we were looking for a studio as we even asked for details on the fridge sizing that the private kitchen had she gave us all the information for the studio and the pricing. After sending over all the information needed to book she sent us a link stating we had 9 mins to pay the deposit but when looking closely at the details she was trying to sell us an ensuit instead. When we told her that, that wasn’t the room we were asking for she apologised and then said that the studio was more expensive than the original price she was telling us. It might have been human error but please ensure you are looking closely at the details of the accommodation you’re being given before paying the deposit.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr Saurabh Kumar for his cooperation and support throughout the booking process. I was out of station but still he managed to initiate the research process from his end and did not give up on me. He was patient enough to explain each and every type of room available near my university. Had a great experience with him.

I turned to Casita with the expectation that they would support me in finding suitable accommodation for this academic year. I was presented with a few options after expressing my preferences. But I never got a clear message about visiting the lodgings or a confirmed appointment. I had a really unpleasant experience as a result of this lack of coordination: I had come from my home country especially to attend one of these appointments, but when I got there, nobody was there to help. Regretfully, this meant that I would eventually have to look for lodging completely on my own, without any assistance from Casita. Considering how crucial stable housing is while moving, I thought this experience was really unprofessional and unsatisfactory. A fundamental standard of service should be clear communication and appropriate meeting confirmation, particularly when clients are using the information to plan foreign travel.

Thanks to Dev, he was very patience, helpful, also very informative even about my silly doubts.

Do not create an account at this website. They won’t stop calling you and sending you mails, even when you tell them that you are no longer interested in their rooms. They also won’t react to your request to delete your information.
