The experience
The experience was great! Helpful agent and they help all the way through , you can also ask them Quito’s even after you have booked with them the support is not 24/ 7 unfortunately but they get back to you in a day or two .

Consumer centric
Casita has been an immense help. Most importantly understanding and patient while dealing with me and assisting me to find a home. Especially Aangan who was assigned to me, gave her everything to help get hold of my student home close to my university. It was a super experience with Casita.

Not too bad
Even though the Casita student dormitory's homepage showed it as vacant, there were two occasions when I was told that the dormitory was "full" when I was communicating with them via email. I think the reason for the slow response was that emails had to be exchanged between the person making the reservation and Casita through a third party. In the end, I had no choice but to book a room I didn't want.

Todo bien, sin embargo creo que deberian dar información sobre la acomodación en si, no solo quedarse en temas de costos de alojamiento.
En mi caso me causó sorpresa que en la cocina no haya utensilios para poder usar, y luego me enteré cada huésped debería comprar sus ollas, cubiertos, etc.
Son detalles que cuentan.

SO HELPFUL! I would definitely recommend Casita for booking your accomodation as I was in contact with Mr. Avesh Tiwari he helped me and guided me with overall perspectives of accomodation and also related to different attributes which I was skeptical enough to sort them off, he helped me in a complete and a very kind manner!
