This is the only gaming site where because I was being responsible and spending money on priorities such as rent groceries family and didn't have extra to gamble with I had money taken and my account closed. They preach responsible gambling but steal and punish you if you practice responsible gambling. And is the only casino that operates in Ontario that takes 3-5 days to pay out . My guess is so you reverse your winnings so they don't have to payout. I see ads saying they are the highest win rate guaranteed I highly doubt that and I will be willing to guess that their financial records would back that up. Bottom line these people are absolutely disgusting with the attitude and actions. Never have I been punished for putting my financial priorities ahead of gambling or any entertainment source in my life. Igaming please shut them down

Do not trust Grand Mondial or the Casino Rewards group. They use predatory marketing tactics to entice players and then lock up your earned VIP points behind fake automated flags.They sent a physical coupon to my house for a $10 free offer, which successfully credited to my account as VIP points. However, the exact moment I tried to redeem those points into my casino balance, a massive red screen popped up accusing me of "promotional abuse" and locked my funds. When I contacted customer service about it, they vaguely told me I just need to "play my favorite slots like normal" to unlock them.That is a complete joke. Telling me to just keep gambling my own money to unlock an unsolicited flyer THEY mailed directly to my home address is ridiculous. I just made a qualifying cash deposit a few days ago to keep a loyalty streak (which also glitched out and froze on my interface). They are systematically holding players' earned loyalty points hostage as visual blackmail to force you to play through your own cash or deposit more.I refuse to feed any more money into this platform. I have already filed a formal dispute with their helpdesk and submitted a deceptive marketing report to the AGCO. Save your money and play at a site that actually honors its loyalty program. Edited to add I have reached out to your support team and I basically got the same scripted response but they did admit that I’m not spending enough money so they locked up my rewards points that they mailed to my house unsolicited, also I looked at my deposits vs withdrawals and I have withdrawn 0.00 from them so I don’t know why they see to think it’s unfair on their end seems to be the other way around, hence the reason I stopped depositing so often I’ve deposited $579 in total and I’ve withdrawn $0.00 they also offered me VIP points for a deposit promotion both times in the email complaints about my VIP points being locked when I’ve done nothing wrong. Temporary suspension on free VIP points i got in a promotional in the mail. This is the 2nd time I got a temporary suspension while trying to redeem the points. Tried to talk to your support team and they are all chatbots with auto set prompts which doesn’t answer any of my questions which is bizarre. Because whenever I post on this Trust pilot. Your response to me is to talk to chat support. I have many times. They don’t and cannot resolve the issue. Your company is a big rip off too. I opted into the %100 match bonus. When I tried to go redeem the vip points. I had a temporary suspension for the vip points I just paid for. Absolutely embarrassing of a website/company.

I don't know what's going on with this casino, but lately there have been numerous issues. Too bad; been there a long time. I suspect many will leave Casino Rewards. Issues; A) If you win; don't return for a while - strange things occur after they pay you out (if you get that far) It doesn't even have to be a huge winning B) Have you ever been booted out after making a deposit? Usually happens while playing a game and hitting a bonus round; get booted out or the screen flips showing you have a Zero balance after just having made a deposit??? I thought I was losing my mind. Somehow I had two separate screens. Logged out and logged back in after clearing cookies and my account magically appeared again showing the deposit I made. Something seriously wrong here. Then when you inquire as to what was happening it's your browser or some other silly excuse for your experience. C) You made numerous deposits and finally cash out a small winning - I waited 6 days at which time I received an email advising my account wasn't set up for auto deposits. Checked my account - no problem. Sent them a screen shot of a dollar I had transferred via e-transfer. Then receive an email advising that they will try again but I now have to wait another four days to get it. D) Screen flipping during a bonus round or doesn't load (screen freezes) Again, they tell me its my browser E) This happens alot - Location Check - Tell me I am not playing in Ontario and get booted out F) my account is in Ontario and has been since day 1. They should know; they have taken a lot of funds from there. I would caution you from playing at this Casino. I know at this point I will not be returning there. I will buy lottery tickets instead.

Casino Rewards WAS my #1 choice when it came to online casino platforms for pretty close to 10 years. Well in the last 3 months, I’ve had more issues then I ever had since I joined. I opt in to the promotions, pay the amount due, get awarded VIP points…. Then get a temporary suspension so I’m unable to redeem those points. It’s happened twice now and when trying to discuss this with someone I’m thrown into a constant loop of an automated response which provides no resolution! It’s really unfair and not an acceptable way to treat a paying customer

I have been playing for over 10 years, I opt in for a 100 percent bonus and when I wanted to redeem my points it said it was suspended and I tried for days and it was always suspended. I will not put another deposit here. The only reason I came back was the bonus and got scammed out of that as well. Shame on casino rewards for misleading people to play here.

Peu importe le nombre de virements, il faut une totalité de 100 dollars pour déverrouiller son statut VIP. Alors j'aimais un alerte à tous les membres, les 15 millions de membres de casino rewards qui ont vécu la même situation que c'est casino. Utilise un astuce pour obliger un joueur. Peu importe un joueur nobis médium avancer et compulsif à déposer encore beaucoup plus d'argent. Alors faites attention car c'est casino font de la fraude et passe souvent même à par virement électronique. Les virements doubles alors surveillez-vous pour ce qui est de mon expérience après avec 6 années en tant que membre fidèle et de les voir, émettent cette arnaque en disant que les joueurs ont accumulé ces points de manière de manière incorrecte illégale. There are way better casinos out there, try your luck other places first. Here they like you to opt in to promotions and then end up suspending you for promotional abuse, how can that happen when all you do I opp in and add money, done that it!!! I contacted the people and they told me the same thing that I need to DEPOSIT MORE MONEY IN ORDER TO REDEEM MY POINTS THAT I EARNED LIGIT. WTF!!! As a MEMBER FOR MANY MANY YEARS (HZCRM0568702517) I find this as theft and fraud. I will no longer be depositing my own money until CASINO REWARDS gives me what's already mine. They also still give you free VIP points and you still can't redeem them either, so stop wasting paper and quit mailing them to me if I can't redeem. THANKS FOR READING!!
