Response to casino rewards. I have already been in touch with your customer service many times over the last few months. Nothing is settled, I'm still told the same thing that I'm not the pausing enough money after depositing hundreds of thousands of dollars just since 2022. If that's not enough money then I don't know how much more you guys want? I was mail the promotion on a deposit bonus, I followed the rules and regulations and made my deposit and then my points were confiscated. I paid for those points and they were confiscated that is the bottom line and no amount of talking to customer service has fixed this issue.

So. It's been a few months now, Casino Rewards had mailed me in the physical mail, 100% match bonus offer with VIP points on my purchase. I purchased $50 worth, that gave me $50 in VIP points that they suspended and will not let me use on something I purchased already. Now the other day, they mailed me again another match bonus offer. Does that make any sense now for me to go and deposit more money to claim this as they keep saying, for them just to take the VIP points that I purchased again? This is absolutely wrong what this casino was doing. I don't like that the AGCO doesn't look into this corruption. These are points that I already made a purchase to buy!! And they're being suspended because apparently from the casinos emails, I am not depositing enough of my own money. I already purchased those VIP points and they're telling me at some point they'll release the suspension if I keep depositing money. That is wrong. People are on budgets and you cannot and I mean cannot with hold something that a player has already purchased!! You know years ago this casino was amazing and it's went downhill and these little tricks that you guys pull with these VIP points and trying to make people deposit more than their budget is just disgusting. You guys need to get your act together, and run your Casino like it used to five or six years ago when it actually was a decent casino and it was fair. Stop locking people's VIP points that they purchased already, that is absolutely wrong they already purchased them you cannot keep suspending something that was already bought!!

I have figured out that casino rewards customer service is al Ai and not actually people. I have noticed after doing some looking into that they target people that have gambling addiction and bate them with better rewards and prizes and manipulate and target those. Both me and my husband play on our own accounts and he has a gambling addiction and I dont. He gets better rewards and I get pretty much nothing from them. They offer him better promotions and we play the same casino.

Can't believe it.... there bonuses get smaller and smaller when you get to diamond status. Today I was lied too and told id be getting a loyalty bonus for them to turn and take it all away. I never received my bonus and when I contacted them they tried to win me over with a 20% deposit bonus. This casino group might very well be the biggest group of degenerates I've ever dealt with. They say be responsible but when you are they shut down your account and tell you you have a. Problem and should close all accounts on every casino. So here is the story about midway through 2024 I fell on some tough times financially and I stopped playing casino sites as much. I figured rent groceries and paying bills was a better option. So come April 2026 I received a card on the mail saying happy birthday here is $50.00 in VIP points as a birthday gift . So on my bday I went to access the money and was stood nope there is a random block on my account but was told if I make a deposit I could access the funds. Upon deposit there was a automatic 100% match bonus on my deposit so I had an additional $20 +the $50 in VIP points. I was told to reach out to the helpdesk for support and they ended saying I had a gambling problem and shut down my accounts and I should close all casino gambling accounts and pretty much scammed me out of my $70. I've reached out since only to be ghosted by these trash bags

Quick update received a response suggesting I email them only to be ghosted stay away from these repulsive should be planting carrying to replace oxygen wasting clowns

June 21st is when I deposited and the loyalty is being help for a precaution?? The chat support is no help at all. It’s like taking to a toddler. Can’t answer simple questions. My wife had her account vip put under temporary suspension n now mine is. I never had a complaint before but something is changed n I think I might need to find another casino to play

I have been with casino rewards for A couple years now, I finally won big,W Withdrawed it... Then was advised to upload my documents to verify my account, Once I had done that and my documents were approved.
With no warning or no release of my winnings or anything, I was automatically locked out of my account, not just the 1 Account. ALL MY CASINO REWARDS Accounts 🤦🏼‍♀️
Why would that be??? Does anyone know :/ and is there A way I can resolve it, so I can get my winnings?

What used to be great is not, barely a bonus, with all the competition out there online you would think they would be upto par. I've played here 8 yrs and now slowly declining playing. Hopefully they read these reviews to reinstate their once good standing.
