I must've been on the line with her for an hour. She was not empathetic in the least and was definitely not friendly. I asked to chat with a manager, but that wasn't allowed. I made some glib reference to killing myself over my frustration and all of a sudden she cut me off and someone else came on to do a "wellness check." My account was frozen and I got an email stating to I would have to let them know that I was fine before it was reinstated. I responded in detail about how I was treated and how ridiculous it was that I had to spend so much time balancing my deposits over $25 I thought was missing. I didn't receive a response, so I followed up. I never received a response. I was literally ghosted after being a loyal player for over a decade and giving them tens of thousands of dollars over all those years.
