So I deposited £30 on the Wednesday.. I placed a bet on the football which returned £160. I then completed the wagering requirements of £480, leaving my account money at £250. I then decided to follow a horse tipster who then got my money up to £750 on the Friday. Over the weekend I decided to place some bets on the darts, after this I managed to get the money up to £1,400 on roullete and decided my luck will run out soon so withdrew £1,400 on the Sunday via PayPal. Monday morning all of this money came through and I was very surprised. Very very quick pay out just before Christmas!

They stole money from my account... luckily the bank got it back for me however it could have been a lot worse.

Do not keep to offers, do not pay out sign up bonuses and when asked just state ineligible as it's managements decision.

I opened my account with them and took no bonuses at first it was great I was on a winning streak infact a big one I got my balance up to£185.000 yes 185k then the problems
Endless photos proof of address etc then of cause you can only withdrew 10k every 48 hours it took me 10 days to with Sean my first 10k then to my suprise on night my account was down to £37 pound I rang them and was told some one had just played my 185k in 20
Mins and they had locked my account they could not refund the money back as they played my normal numbers :-/ then the fallowing day 7k went out of my back account from them I called them and they said it must have been the person that played my account last night and there is nothing they could do what a joke avoid I am still in daily contact with them to try and get at least my 7k back :-(

I opened an account with Winner as they were best price on a market, 9/4 when most were 2/1. Stuck £100 on it and it won, then got asked for the usual ID verification before being able to withdraw, standard...

Unfortunately they refused my Irish Passport, apparently this is not good enough. They questioned my proof of address as it had no date, so I then sent in a more recent one with the date clearly visible. I then got an email stating my account was shut and my £100 stake was being sent back to my bank account. They have stolen the £225 winnings.

I'm reporting to IBAS so hopefully they will sort this. Amazing that Winner still have a UK license.

Had to bet through 16 times the amount of bonus. Fair enough for the bonus.
I tried to withdraw my initial deposit (less £20 I had lost), and forget the bonus. But it would not let me as it stated I still need to stake the amount to withdraw MY OWN MONEY!
I went through their chat and it so unhelpful, some of the excuses...I can only deal with casino, I need to pass it through to our bonus dept, it will take 1-2 days to remove the bonus....

I have still not received my deposit, I am waiting on their woeful service.

UPDATE: Tried to blame me, as the customer, for accepting the bonus in the first place. Absolutely disgusting. The T&Cs of the bonus state that you can withdraw and forfeit the bonus. This is what I was trying to do.

This company is very sneaky!
I Deposited £10 into my account without accepting any bonuses.
I then played streak of luck slot and won the jackpot! This was £330.
So in the hopes of withdrawal I attempted to withdraw my winning but of course I encountered problems!!
First of all I was receiving an'error message' every time I tried to withdraw via PayPal.
I tried to contact live chat who were really unhelpful and kept dismissing the problem.
I Then contacted them by phone who told me to send in my documents through email to be verified. The last on the phone also told me in a very suspicious way to not touch the money in my account for the time being. Meanwhile my funds of £330 have been left in my account.
My documents have now been verified, so now I'm really happy thinking I can withdraw my balance!
I go onto my online winner account and I have a shocking £110 left in my account!
When accessing the transactions page on my account I see lots of fake failed deposits on my account which were NOT made by me.
I've now requested to withdraw £110 from my account and have been told that this will take 4 days, I doubt very much that I will receive my money!
I should be receiving my full jackpot win of £330 not £110 after they've stolen from me.

Ok i usually am too lazy to write reviews, but this one i just had to. If you want to be treated as a complete IDIOT - then you should sign up with winner.com. I made a deposit via InstaDebit (Canada's online payment processor), played and won some money. When time to withdraw my winnings came, i found it impossible to do so. Withdrawal didn't have an option to withdraw back to InstaDebit. When i tried to withdraw to a credit card, it just registered that card to my account! Didnt even mention anything about withdrawing anything!!!!

They absolutely dont want you to withdraw your winnings. Software is designed to prevent you from doing so. Customer service just makes fun of you by slowly telling you to try again and again. And email i got -just wow. Here it is so you can understand how they dont give a f*** about you and bluntly insult your intelligence.

Never in my life i have seen such a spit in your face ignorance. I mean all sportsbooks want you to go back and lose your winnings so they delay withdrawals a day or two. But this one simply laughs in your face and tells you to f*** off.

Signed up to put a bet on due to their odds not for the bonus early July - hard sell pushing their (I later find 'impossible' to attain) bonus meant I ticked the box for it even though no interest in it and knew there was no way I was keeping any of the bonus - my bet on their site won but today find they have CONFISCATED the winnings which were nothing to do with their bonus offer - cannot believe that this can be legal - they clearly think it is because I signed up to their impossible bonus T&C's. This bet would otherwise have been placed on another site and I would now have those winnings so their scam has lost me that money – this is an absolute SCAM where they can only win and take your money where your bet loses and they cannotlose if your bet wins. Do not be conned like I was. The terms and conditions of the bonus makes it impossible to withdraw any of your winnings as you have to stake 100 times your original deposit within 14 days. Avoid at all costs as this site is criminal 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

So I deposit £100 stupidly I accept the 200% deposit bonus, machines kept giving features on slots and going crazy got up to £2000, tried to withdraw and wasn't allowed, 6 hours continuous play at £10 per spin on slots and a big bet on roulette still wasn't able to withdraw a single penny. Every 30 minutes I kept checking and just was not allowed due to the wagering requirements, I've been a customer of probably 50 or so sites never have i experienced such a con in terms of wagering, in fact I spoke to customer services who where based in Asia, they could hardly speak English and sounded utterly not bothered. I was advised I needed to play through £100 x 10,000 times to withdraw.

I realised after a further two hours play I would never get to what was required and lost the lot. Tried to open live chat waited ages and once I told them I wanted to close my account they ignored chat.

As what others have said this site is nothing but a con and scam. Stick with the proper UK websites that are regulated properly.

P.S Forget customer services simply go to the self exclusion form and select the longest period and close the account this way.

So I have been taking advantage of sign up offers etc with all different bookmakers and online casinos to see what sort of profits I can make.

I found an offer for winner casino that by downloading their app I got £30 no deposit bonus. The catch was it needed to be rolled over x50 (£1500) within 1 hour and maximum you could win was £200. Sounds impossible but I set £5 stake on a slot and had couple of wins before putting it to £10 a spin and then £15. Within 35-40 minutes I had around £700 in the account and had go over the £1500 wager required.

So once the hour was up anything above £200 was removed and this was left in my account. I tried to withdraw but was told I had to deposit £50 first before I could. I was dubious but gave it a go, before being told that although I had done that they needed my documents for approval (oh no here we go). I emailed drivers license, bank details and proof of address and within 24 hours received an email saying all was ok. I went to withdraw and succesfully withdrew £250.

Sorry for the length of this review but I wanted to put an honest opinion across that although there is a lot of negativity about this company I followed all their procedures and had no issues whatsoever.

I have not seen anything like this in my life. I placed a £100 deposit, and I betted on Brexit, 2/1. I got a £100 bonus, so I placed £200. I won, so I thought I had won £400.
