Don't ever bet with this bunch of crooks. Won't let you withdraw winnings unless some ridiculous bonus scheme is met. Don't waste your money. Poor customer service. Guy on the phone didn't know what I was going on about and couldn't communicate in English properly. Just don't be tempted

I am primarily a poker player and dont play games that require no skill. I have had no issue with them in the past but hit a little wall trying to withdraw through Paypal. Called Customer support and got no help at all until; with persistance I spoke to a guy called Sam. He gave me an option to register a new debit card make a deposit which would then allow me to withdraw the £650 I had won. After reading the copious amounts of dreadful reviews i was hesitant. The guy sounded pretty straight so i used his advice and had immeadiate success. They offer 70% rakeback which is why i started using them. I took the word of the reviewers at first and took the company to be scam. This isnt true at all. You Casino, slots, book making betters have always been idiots in my opinion and your reviews do not equate to my expereince. WINNER

My rating would have been 0* if it was an option. My grandma allows me to have bigger wagers with her than this pop and crisp company allow.

The sign up offer is by far the worst of any bookmaker. Don't be fooled by the 200 GBP bonus. In order to receive any of that you need to place an absolute minimum of 64 bets of 50 GBP at odds of between evens and 10-1 within 14 days to meet the ridiculous 3,200 GBP turnover requirements. Taking into account the bookmaker's margin, which is higher than average at Winner Sports, your chances of seeing anything of your initial deposit, let alone the bonus, are next to nil. Don't make the same mistake as me and join a proper bookie instead, e.g. Bet365 who have genuinely very good value offers.

Terrible service. Made 4 deposits of £100 over 2 days. Ended up with £460 so £60 up.
Then out the blue an email saying my account was closed.
Then the real issues started. Withdrawal turned into a farce. its easier getting a passport than getting money from this lot.
Requesting drivers license, utility bills, bank statements, copies of bank card. Email after email asking for more.
Winner was a fairly decent experience up until withdrawal.
It would be zero stars but 1 is the lowest I can leave.

I have won a few thousand rands approx a week ago and is still battling to get it paid out to me. I was constantly advised to send them screen shots which I have and now they need to check with their support team etc etc etc
Dont know whether I will ever get the funds though - so I think people should think twice before "investing" money in them

So-called sportsbook had odds on a cycling event. I fancied a bet so opened an account. First and only bet I have tried to place- £30 each way @ 150/1 (for something to watch on TV, not a serious bet).
After a 5 minute bet referral I was offered £10 each way at 80/1 (zero at 150/1?? Where did that go?) and after a few seconds the 'offer' timed out before I could place the bet and the odds were changed to 50/1.
So it's official- the sportsbook is a front to get clients then they are refused bets so they spend the money on the casino/slots instead. Also I didn't get the deposit bonus I was promised. Fly by night company - don't be fooled by the people leaving 5 star reviews this is not a 5 star company!!

I use Winner casino a lot and can honestly say ive had no issues. I only deposit small amounts 10 or 20 pounds but i recently won 280 and withdraw after completing the wagering requirements. I requested the payout at .6.38am and it was processed by 8pm the same day. Reading the reviews it seems a lot of the complaints are to do with the sports part of winner which i have never played. I would suggest depisiting small and perservering with the wagering as you can win small amounts

Ive played off and on here or the last few years. Having given them a break because of previous issues, I was offered a matched bonus to come back. Thought I would give it a go!. Deposited £300 and this was duly matched. After about two hours play on slots balance was going up and down, then bang I hit big and won £23,000.00 in one spin, delighted. Try and withdraw the money impossible due to the wagering requirements, I played on for several hours and my ever depleting balance went down and down. I stopped at £10000 and thought wagering requirements must be met by now, not a bit of it. Still unable to withdraw anything. I'm not sure how they bend the rules in this way, the T & Cs are impossible to understand. I believe from talking to them I would need to wager £805,000.00 to stand any chance of withdrawing my win. Clearly impossible. AVOID

Worst site ever. Slots do nto pay out. £2.50 per spin. Deposity of £1000. Had one "feature" that paid £40. Shocking. I complained and requested the % payouts stats adn recieved copy and paste rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you could give a zero star as a rating I would.

Signed up for winner after they were best odds for Sevilla to beat Leicester at home, got £200 bonus and didn't think to much of it, got up to 1100 with the bonus money then I read reviews on here and thought oh s*** I'm not gonna get anything out of this, placed bets of £50 at evens and still managed to keep my winnings to 1039 and turn over 3200 worth of bets I called them and they said they'd transfer to withdrawal funds, which they then did, I got an email to confirm transfer of funds to my PayPal account about 10 hours after my withdrawal request, 365 takes the same sometimes, all in all I'm happy :-)

I made a deposit of £40 which I turned into £80, I had made the mistake of before doing this a week earlier taking 10 free spins, the account had 64p in it but then required a playthrough of £100 on slots.
I was allowed to withdraw my £40 but at this point the winnings vanished, there was no one to contact at 1am even though they say they have 24hr support.

I placed a horse racing bet with them. £50 @4/1. The horse won and i had £250.00 in my account. Went to withdraw my balance. Got email saying withdraw was being processed. 2 days later another email saying account had been closed due to T&C number 45. Then got another email, saying they need ID (passport, utility bill & card details). Emailed them off and hadn't heard nothing for 5 days. I've emailed them again. Well i thought this was impossible but couldn't get my money back. So I roll over £800 made £55.89. I try to draw this out and I can't. Contact cust service to be told I roĺled over £700, complete lies as I kept my own records as felt they wwre scammers. I Sent a detailed email with all the bets I placed.This company does not want to pay out they do everything they can to keep your money.
Why they are allowed to trade in UK is beyond me.
