Very poor form

Credited my account of £75 put it on Liverpool to qualify tried to withdraw the funds kept saying Error. Phoned them up spoke so a foreign person which they was totally rude. Told me to withdraw I need to wager £1200 before I can take out and 50% of bets need to be doubles or trebles. What is the chance of beating the bookie then 0% chance. Absolute nightmare I would definately stick to your well known sites such as Bet365-Skybet-betfred etc....... My account was open for all of 3 hours and closed for good with my refund of £75 lets see how long it takes the Cowboys to put it in the account. If I could put 0 stars as rating I would they are that bad. Avoid at all costs 👍👍👍

I withdrew £40 on the 24th March, it's now the £28th & still haven't received my money into my bank, I got an email saying its was successfully sent to my bank. But where they hell is it? Absolutely joke!!

Do nothing but deposit and only play one slot on there site you get an average game time of around six minutes on 25p a spin for a ten pound top up they give you top up bonuses but it turns your top up and the bonus in to bonus money so if you top up 20 and get a six pound bonus you then have 26 pound bonus so you then have to wager about 900 pound to collect anything they also have sports that I don't recommend as cash out is only available if the bet is losing and they are ignorant on live chat well that's if you can get on it as they block it say you cannot send messages I bet on football alot and I have recently got my first sport bonus it says in my active bonus that if I put on 20 in play bets they will give me 56p bonus now why would insult one of your customers who spends alot of money with that but as we all know these site just keep getting away with it and nothing seems to be done about them we know that there's only one winner but a good game play would be good

Awful! This site lures you in with a Free Bonus that has more conditions than is possible to withdraw! Avoid this company like the Plague!

Of course when you sign up for your first bet you take the bonus without reading the small print. You think it's a bonus like all the other bookies where they give you something to attract your custom in the future! Well this bonus is just a rip off! If you are lucky enough to win your initial bet, you will lose it back qualifying for the bonus. Outrageous and I am surprised odds checker let them on a good site.

Shocking scam that is bound to loose this company 95% of customers that sign up once they realise that dep in the terms and conditions there is something that will stop you winning and withdrawing a penny from them.

How what they do is legal is really beyond me.

Besides the free offer you will lose all your own money you have won unless you have a ridiculous amount of money to bet with and even then there is a limit to how much you can win.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM

So I received my 100% deposit bonus fair enough. But because I deposited £130 and get £130 bonus I have to multiply this x8 what are the odds of this going in your favour absolutely ridiculous... £2080 needs to be wagered before I can withdraw my 130 laughable to say the least they have you right away so my advice is to stay clear of these scammers... On top of that I got through my bonus and triggered the release of my funds got my balance up to £2950 in the process I was delighted as I thought I had beat these scam artists but when I collected my money they only paid me £2000 they basically stole £950 of my hard earned winnings and said the T&C's state that anything over £2000 is forfeited now come on what chance do these guys give the punters they make you work hard to get through their set up and then whenyou do they stick their middle finger up and say tough luck hope you understand scum is what they are and I would advise everyone not to fall for this because they are making millions doing this surely cannot be legal.

When you want to withdraw. They want ID verification and adress verification. But still two weeks later they just keep saying in the chat support that they dont have received email yet. They are lying. Biggest scam ever.

I didnt sign up for any bonuses, i just wanted to use my own money and not have to play through any qualifying amounts. I used my email address and didn't get any welcome email off them. I won £120 and wanted to cash out. I sent off id documents and they keep saying that i am not using the email address I signed up with even though it is quite clearly the same one on my personal details on their site. I spoke to someone on live chat who confirmed it is the same email but all the emails I send to verify, some idiot keeps saying they have no record of my email address. What has that even got to do with anything, they had no trouble debiting my card, they are beyond stupid and the communication is dire.

Wanted to bet on six nations and 'accepted' the free bet (thinking this could not harm me as a punter so did not read the t&c's).

Bet on England by a margin and won my bet - plus won my 'free bet'. Now read the terms and conditions (I know what you are thinking I must be the idiot). Well I certainly was. I understand that these free bets might come with some onerous terms but the fact remains that I risked my money as well on the result and it now transpires that I have to meet all terms of taking the free bet even to gain on my personal stake otherwise this is forfeited as well.

Having read the t&c's it is almost impossible to meet them. I need to bet 8 times my original deposit PLUS bonus (equals £3200 of bets) half of these bets must be on multipliers, bets need to be on odds of evens or longer. Plus some other terms which tie you in knots on which bets you can and can't place (and makes it almost impossible to achieve). All this need to be staked within 14 days otherwise all money won forfeited.

This makes it certainly less attractive to take the 'free' bet than not - which makes this a SCAM.

In other words there seems almost only two possible outcomes to taking the 'free' bet. One you lose your stake and the 'free' bet. Two you win your stake and the 'free bet' and then lose 75% (i.e free bet stake and winnings plus your OWN MONEY'S WINNINGS) in 14 days and you only have your original stake left. There is a third of course - you win your free bet first of all and then lose everything trying to meet the ridiculous terms of the free bet - I guess this is what they are aiming for......

SCAM

The company has had an overhaul and now has a UK based customer service team available through email, telephone and live chat. It looks like they are building a trustworthy reputation as my experience differs widely from other sources posted here. The terms on the sign up offer are restrictive and winnings capped so I would avoid that but following the T+C and you will have no problems.

I contacted customer support and they where helpful and informative and removed the wagering requirements on the sign up once I had fairly lost my initial deposit. I then received an offer for a free bet if I placed an accumulator and the accumulator won for £2000 I received the free bet as promised straight away and the withdrawal of my funds was processed in less then an hour of business time with no hassle.

I am ecstatic to be up £1900 within 3 bets having no issues with withdrawing funds. Read T+C carefully and you will be fine.

I signed up to Winner and got a bonus amount and won a massive £8500 on the King Kong game got 5 kongs times 2 with the 3 spins only problem was i could not lift until through the bonus requirement then managed to be able to withdraw 5k but messed up and walked away with about £800 my mistake really but it was paid to my paypal in no time so well trusted with good customer service !

Won a football acca there whilst they had an ongoing promotion the promo was you get 20% bonus on wining football accas. They put the bonus winings into my account which was about £80 but I couldn't bet with it and when I contacted customer services they said it was because they was changing from winner.co.uk to winner.com so I gave them about a week to sort it and they was still saying same thing so I had to just close the Account down and let them keep the £80. silly amateur company.

Went on oddschecker to find some great odds with this company 4/1 for the Deontay Wilder vs Artur Szpilka NOT to go the distance. Since other companies were offering 2/9 it seemed too good to be true. It seemed too good to be true because it was!
1stly. i had to decline the 100percent extra bonus you have to do this or they wont let you withdraw your money until you win over 8 times the deposit and extra bonus (other reviews testify to them not unlocking your money).
2ndly.I placed the bet of 4/1 which seemed an amazing offer, as it was processing it took longer than normal, then it said error and the odds had changed within 10 seconds! The odds had swapped from fight to go the distance Yes 1.22/1 No 4/1 to exactly the opposite Yes 4/1 No 1.222! The oddsmaker had obviously entered it wrong on the internet and just changed it round!
3rdly. After contacting them an explaining the problem they said they would get back to me, so i tried to withdraw my original £125 that i deposited and was told i had to verify the age of my account! No problem verifying the account when i am putting my money in, just when i want to take MY OWN MONEY OUT.
HOW IS THIS LEGAL!

I want to encourage anyone who has had a terrible experience with this company (as I have) to complain to I.B.A.S.and to "Oddschecker" who are still promoting this Company on their website.
Here's hoping that with enough complaints we might be able to get their Licence withdrawn
