This is a scam!
I purchased a gift card through CashStar, completed the payment, and provided all required personal details. Despite this, the gift card was never sent. There was no clear explanation, no timely update, and no resolution.
From a customer’s perspective, paying for a product and not receiving it—especially after submitting personal information—is extremely concerning. The lack of transparency and delivery makes this experience feel unreliable and potentially scam-like.
I would not recommend using this service unless CashStar significantly improves communication and fulfillment.

Ordered an e card for a chrstmas present for my niece and much to my embarrassment it was never sent out. The money was taken from my account though! Really disappointed.
Update: after raising this directly with Boots the voucher was finally sent out on 31.12.25 - 7 days later than I ordered it for.

Ik bestelde een gift card voor Roblox voor mijn zoontje. De link naar de code werkt echter niet. Krijg steeds de melding “Page Not Found

Ik krijg geen reactie op mijn verschillende berichten naar de klantendienst. Dit ruikt naar bedrog!
Ondertussen reageren ze op deze post en mijn bericht. Maar tot heden zonder oplossing, enkel beloftes die dan niet nagekomen worden. Ze gingen binnen de 24u voor oplossing zorgen. Ondertussen zijn deze 24u al lang voorbij. Voelt alsof ze je bewust aan het lijntje willen houden en naar de buitenwereld willen aantonen dat ze wel behulpzaam zijn, wat dus niet het geval is. Teleurstellend en vermoeiend om hier tijd te moeten insteken.

My money was stolen by this company
Similar to other experiences here - I purchased gift cards from Royal Caribbean that uses CashStar and the money was immediately taken from my account but I did not receive any email confirmation and thee gift cards were never received. I called and company claimed to have no record of the purchase but it is clearly shown on my bank statement as a debit. Something fraudulent happening here. Stay away and stay aware!

Après un premier problème lors de l'achat de 2 cartes cadeaux (la seconde a été annulée sans savoir pourquoi.. je n'ai aucune réponse à mon mail mais, par chance le retrait s'est annulé sur mastercard..).
Jamais je n'aurai pensé que le lien de ma première carte cadeau serait inactif! Je n'ai aucun code pour l'activer et le message sur la page renvoie vers un numéro de téléphone américain!

Merci de bien vouloir répondre à mes mails cette fois pour me donner le code d'activation au plus vite ou procéder au remboursement de celui-ci!

Received a voucher as a holiday gift from work activated it and the balance was shown online. Went to use it instore and had a 0 balance (embarrassing) and then looking for who to contact to get this amended leads you down a rabbithole of nothingness

Total scam!! Unbeknowst to me I purchase a Cinimark gift card through Cashstar.Com for a family member. I gave the person's name receiving the gift and was told I would receive a link to forward the card. I was never sent the kink. If there was a limk required why wasn't it provided when the confirmed the sale.
