We're so glad to hear that you love the look and fit of your phone case! 😊 Thank you for your support, and we hope you enjoy it! 📱✨
Good quality and fun design, but there’s a catch…
Package took almost a month to arrive, but the delivery people were very accommodating in contacting me when it did. Cases are great quality, but the lock button on one of them sticks, and does not push in far enough to activate the button on the phone. It may just need to be broken in, but if it ends up being dysfunctional, it will be quite a disappointment

Thank you for your feedback! 😊 We're happy to hear you love the quality and design, but we’re sorry about the shipping delay and the button issue. The lock button should function properly without needing to loosen over time. If you continue experiencing any issues, please reach out to us—we’d be happy to assist! 💛📱✨

My item arrived but looks different to what the image showed. I ordered a MagSafe case and it’s a standard case with the stick on magnet stuck to the back . Not the quality I was after or have purchased elsewhere.

Hi Emily,
Thank you for sharing your feedback — we’re sorry to hear the case didn’t meet your expectations. The MagSafe design can vary slightly depending on the case type ordered. Our Matte Lux and Lux Cool cases are made with a printed design layer, which means the MagSafe ring sits beneath or on top of the artwork to maintain wireless charging compatibility without affecting the print quality.
We completely understand if the look wasn’t what you expected. You’re welcome to return the case or exchange it for a different style, and our team would be happy to help at info@casexkingdom.com.
We really appreciate you giving us a try — feedback like yours helps us keep improving.

Hey Christopher, love the love!
Item not received!!!
What a terrible experience…item not received, (well not at my address anyway). Customer service team lack basic skills, unprofessional and not interested, patronising as well as lacking empathy. Don’t waste your money!!!

DARTH VADER COOL!!!!
I love these cases for a few reasons. #1 being that they have DARTH VADER cases. #2 the cases provide various degrees of protection based upon which case you get. #3 the cases can be MagSafe so you can use MagSafe devices. #4 because they have all kinds of very COOL CASES!!!!

Love the design
Love my case. It fits perfectly. I got the Star Wars Mandolarin for the Iphone 16 Pro. Its good for when I go out and about. I use more bulky cases at work.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Thought the case was rubber with a painted design. It's just printed plastic. Nice design, but it's a fingerprint magnet and will probably scratch easy. I don't feel it's worth the price I paid. Should be twenty dollars cheaper. Didn't take long to ship as it came from China. Don't think I'll order anything from them again.

Hey Raul,
We’re sorry to hear the case wasn’t quite what you expected, but we really appreciate you sharing your feedback. The material and finish can vary depending on the case type ordered — for example, our Matte Lux line features a smooth printed polycarbonate shell for a sleek, durable feel, while our Lux Cool cases use a flexible hybrid material with a slightly softer texture.
We completely understand that material preference can vary, and your feedback helps us continue improving how we describe these details on our site. We’re glad to hear the design and shipping time met expectations, and we truly appreciate you giving us a try.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I…
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!
This is how customer service responded to me after no tracking updates for 3 weeks.
They are shipped as we are not USA based your items are currently on their way to USA customs. I can give you our backend link to show you it has been it its journey to the USA for a few days now. Order is not able to be cancelled.
My response was I am reporting as fraud to my bank as there has been no update to this order.
Company response:
We have just sent you an updated tracking link and USPS says it should be with you by the 24th, sending people threats is not the best way to go about life friend. :D
Stay far away from this scam. I haven’t gotten anything but if I do I will ship it right back. And the label came from CA and was created 2 weeks after complaining and trying to cancel.
