Hey! 😄 Poncho Pikachu is such a fun idea — we love it too! While we don’t have that design in our current lineup, we’re always taking requests for future drops. I’ll pass this along to our team and keep it on our radar 👀⚡
Appreciate the suggestion — stay tuned! 💛

Problem instantly resolved! Happy customer.
Ordered the lux matt case for my S23 ultra, which on arrival looked incredible, vader looked Phenomenal and the decals are wicked, however it didnt fit my phone properly. After speaking with Matthias at Case X, and providing them with some photos of the case on my phone, we realised (through no fault of my own) the individual lens protectors on my camera were preventing the case from fitting my phone properly. Completely my own fault, I didnt realise that the individual camera lens protectors would affect the fit of the case. Matthias very kindly offered me a code to re purchase the correct case (the lux cool case) to fit the individual lens protectors and my phone Completely free of charge. I couldn't be more greatfull for all of your help today Matthias, and thank you for resolving the issue so quickly, efficiently and above all, for covering the cost for the correct case. I must add that I emailed at 8pm (uk time) last night and recieved an email back just shy of 5 hours later, I responded this morning and INSTANTLY recieved a response back from Matthias, virtually within seconds.
10/10 for customer service
10/10 for communication
10/10 for the resolution! Went above and beyond!!!!
Will happily recommend to my friends and family. Thank you again Matthias for all of your help today, and for my new case! I really do appreciate it ever so much.

Hey Megs,
Wow — thank you so much for the incredibly kind words! We’re beyond happy to hear everything worked out and that you’re loving your Vader case (he does look phenomenal, doesn’t he? 😎).
We're so glad we could quickly pinpoint the issue and get you the right fit with the Lux Cool case — and it means the world to us that you appreciated the service and communication along the way. Helping awesome customers like you is what we’re here for!
Thanks again for your support, your patience, and your amazing energy — and thank you for recommending us to your friends and family. We can’t wait to deliver again when you’re ready for your next case! 💛

Poor.
First, delivery took a long time (from China). I don’t believe the case is any different from the cheap ones I have bought from discount stores. The fit is okay, but there appears to be zero drop protection. Just a fashion case.
The ridge around the back is uncomfortable to hold.
But most frustrating- the mag lock will not hold securely on my car mounting ( I have multiple cases & this is the only one that fails)
Over all- cost too much, takes too long to deliver & rubbish mag lock.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your honest feedback — we're sorry to hear the case didn’t meet your expectations.
Shipping can take a little longer as we currently ship from our central facility, but we're working on speeding this up. As for the MagSafe issue: our Matte Lux and Lux Cool cases use UV-printed artwork, which adds a thin surface layer. As mentioned in the Q&A section, these cases aren't recommended for MagSafe car mounts, as the magnetic hold can be reduced.
For stronger MagSafe grip and better drop protection, we’d recommend our Lux Impact cases, which are built specifically for performance. We’re happy to offer you a 60% discount to try one — no return needed.
Let us know if you'd like the code, and thanks again for your support and feedback.
Best regards,
The Case X Kingdom Team

I went for the Star Wars ‘Bobba fett’ case with the tie fighters and x-wings in the background and I absolutely love it. Currently just love picking my phone up to look at it 😂 Will definitely be buying another one

Hey Cameron!
Thank you so much for the amazing review — we're stoked to hear you’re loving the Boba Fett case! 🙌 The design with the TIE fighters and X-wings is one of our personal favorites too.
We absolutely love that you’re picking up your phone just to admire it — that's exactly the kind of reaction we aim for! 😄 Can’t wait to get another case in your hands soon.
May the Force be with you, always. 💥📱

I was sceptical at first as an international company. However turned up today. Appears I ordered the wrong screen protector and that will end up on me so just check your orders! I thought I had clicked plus and turns out a pro was delivered. Too late now as waited 2weeks but the product itself works on my mag safe charger, is a great looking product and feel and for a real star wars and specifically mandalorian fan like me will look epic on my motorbike! Would defo give them a shot. May even order myself another!

Hi Ian,
Thank you so much for the awesome 5-star review! 🙌 We're really glad to hear the case arrived safely and that you're loving the design—especially as a true Mandalorian fan! 😎
We appreciate you calling out the screen protector mix-up too—it happens, and your note is a great reminder for others to double-check their model before ordering.
We're thrilled to have earned your trust, and the thought of our case looking epic on your motorbike? That just made our day. 💥 If you decide to grab another, we’ll be here!
Thanks again for the support and may the Force be with you,

MagSafe is not worth the money
The imagery is good and case seems ok. I ordered MagSafe as I utilize this at home and in my car. The MagSafe is able to charge however with the design it will not stick to the phone and my phone will no longer stick to my car charger/holder.
Update reply
I thank you for your response. For you to say that you’re glad I’m happy, you obviously misread my review and rating.
You offer MagSafe as an option for your cases and charge accordingly. If it is not supported then it should not be an option. Further you do not advise of its limitations. It only works laying on the charger, it does not grip. I will be pursuing a refund.

Hi Mick,
Thanks again for your feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
You're absolutely right to expect clarity around MagSafe functionality, and we understand your frustration. To clarify: the Matte Lux and Lux Cool cases use UV printing, which adds a thin layer between the MagSafe insert and the phone. This can slightly reduce magnetic grip strength, especially for vertical or mount-style accessories like car holders. These specific use cases are addressed in the FAQs on our product pages, as not all accessories will work equally across all case types.
For customers using MagSafe car mounts, we recommend our Lux Impact cases — they use heat transfer printing (with no added surface layer) and provide a stronger magnetic connection without compromising the design.
We completely understand if this wasn’t what you expected, and we’d be happy to help make it right. Please reach out to our support team at info@casexkingdom.com regarding a refund for the MagSafe upgrade — we’ll take care of you from there.
Thanks again for your honesty, Mick. It helps us grow and serve our community better every day.
Best regards,
The Case X Kingdom Team

I love the design of the casing
I love the design of the casing. However the power button is pretty tough to press and also the camera slots are small that I had to remove the camera casing which now there's no safety for my camera lenses but other than that the phone casing is great!!

Thank you so much for your feedback! 😊 We're really glad to hear you love the design of the case—it means a lot to us!
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the power button and camera slot fit. Our Matte Lux cases are designed to wrap closely around the camera lenses for a sleek, protective fit—but we understand this can make it tricky if you're using individual lens covers.
For future orders, you might want to try our Lux Cool or Lux Impact cases—both styles allow more room around the camera area and are better suited for extra lens protection if that's something you like to use.
Thanks again for your support—we're thrilled you’re enjoying the case overall, and we hope to wow you even more next time! 💛📱

First little sceptical, later totally happy
First I was a little sceptical, because there is a ton of international websites where the whole business is a scam. However my Case X Kingdom order turned out to be an outstanding and fascinating product. It’s not just a sticker on a phone case, as some mentions. The whole product feels unique in the nowadays bigger “forests of products” , because of the printing method, colors and materials.
Shipping was without problem, the case arrived in 10 calendar days to Europe from order placed.

We totally understand the initial skepticism—there are way too many sketchy stores out there. That’s why hearing your feedback means the world to us. 💛
We pour our heart into making sure each case feels like a collectible, not just a phone cover—and we’re so glad you could feel that.
Thank you for giving us a shot and for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. You’re officially part of the Case X Kingdom. 👑📱

Totally understand your note on shipping—it can feel a bit long sometimes, especially with international orders, but we’re always looking for ways to improve that experience.
As for the finish, that’s great feedback! We use digital renders to showcase our designs, so lighting and reflections can sometimes appear slightly different compared to real-life lighting. That said, we’re glad you still found it well-made and solid!

Very worried
So far i am very anxious about this because i’ve ordered a case since May 8th and still can’t get any updates until today May 24th. I’ve also email them but also no response yet. It’s really frustrating and i will definitely be reluctant to relive this experience.
Re:
I see you just replied to my email but I obviously checked out with my email, am not that careless and I also as a I told you, I checked the tracking and every time it said “ no tracking information available” and its China Post. That being said I’ve also attached a screenshot of what I saw and I would gladly post it here if I could.

RE: We provided corrected tracking link, the screenshots you provided were trying track a different tracking method than what we had provided. Hence why it showed nothing. We wont post that information here as its for your eyes only. Just keeping everything here updated relating to this matter.

Overpriced sticker
Ordered a TMNT phone case for my phone. Finally got it just to be disappointed that it’s simply a sticker on a phone case, not printed on it like I had thought it would be. I immediately emailed to try to send it back for a refund and days later now and have still yet to hear anything back. So I guess I’m just stuck with this overpriced stickered case. 👎

Hey Ty, I assure you our cases do not contain a sticker aspect. We use UV printing for our lux cool and matte cases. This created a level of depth to the print giving it a 3D effect. For our impact cases we use thermal printing.

Vibrant Colors
At first I was skeptical to order you never know we it is a scam page, I ordered and had faith I was going to receive the product. I received updates of my order very often on my email, which made me feel relieved. When the order arrived it was just as pictured, WOW! the colors are amazing and vibrant, it was a gift for my husband and nowhe is in love with his TMNT phone case ❤️
